Well, I got credited the referral bonuses +$50 for trouble. Wagering stays, which is fair. I am happy about the outcome.

It is nice to see that Cryptologic casinos care about their reputation. I hope that they will get some Playtech players soon

Well, I have heard nothing so far (surprise, surprise)

And BTW, Ryan H was implicated (nice choice of words ) in running VIP casino by ecash direct phone support. Plus I have the email posted in #1. Why all the denial now? I am ery puzzled.

I would also like to emphasise that VIP Casino operates independentely from Peach and InterCasino (Ryan H) and could/should not have been implicated in this matter. VIP Casino has always maintained a fair and generous policy toward its players and though we may have changed some of the promotions essential and important attributes of this nature will always remain!

So what does new ownership that Ecash email mentions (see original post) mean? Newly born?

Well, as fate would have it, I actually did hear back from them almost immediately after posting the message. The person I spoke to was exceedingly polite and helpful, and has assured me that the problem (which shouldn't be a problem) will be repaired immediately. In fairness, if I'm going to be bitching publicly about the fact that they hadn't responded to my emails all week, I suppose I should report it when they've tried to be helpful, which they (finally) just were.

And in response to the question, I had dealt with ecash folks on the phone (which is where the toll free number takes you), though my email correspondence had all been ia the support@intercasino address.

I have always liked Inter, but lately this group is starting to make me wonder. There are a lot of customer service issues unresolved.

I agree completely. They can't have it both ways.
Hopefully RyanH will drop in for a comment on this.

Previous VIP management never credited me with 2 referral bonuses and never replied to numerous emails.

New support wrote:

Unfortunately, this offer was made when Vip casino was under a different ownership, which should have honoured your referral bonus at the time and if qualifications were met. The new Vip casino as you can see from the website does not offer a refer a friend bonus and has not done so since it was hand over. We are therefore unable to assist you further regarding the referral , however we do hope that you will continue to enjoy gaming at the new Vip casino.

So, I thought, OK, new management, fresh start. Fine.

I already lost my October deposits at Inter and Peach so I was happy when I played VIP’s new $50 bonus and completed the 50x-wagering requirement with a $350 balance, but the system would not let me make a withdrawal.
