Im fairly certain that Casino 365 is running the same software with the same RNG as any other Boss Media, so to say their casino is dealing an unfair game is to say all BM's are, although I'm sure some do feel the game is unfair. As far as customer service, 365 is great. Payments are sent to Neteller in under an hour usually, but you have to go into your Neteller account and do a transfer from 365 to withdraw. I'm fairly certain that the wagering requirements don't carry over and with the monthly 40$ bonus you can withdraw your deposit without wagering anything. All in all 365, like most casinos run by a sportsbook, is a great place to play because their customer service is right on top of things.

This casino is terrible...I was also betting in their sportsbook, but got so aggravated at the unfairness of the casino, I contacted their customer service dept. I requested that my entire account be closed. The CS rep asked me why I wanted to close the account. I told him that I believed the casino did not deal a fair game. His response was that they could block my casino login and that I could continue to wager in the sportsbook. I said "no thanks"...the fact that this casino is affiliated with your business operation is enough for me to no longer isit your site.

If you already have lots of carry over WR, you can treat the bonus as sticky. It will still be profitable but you have to bet really big.

I don't think 25x bonus is all that bad either, except that I find boss media software so slow that a playthrough requirement of that size seems huge. On other software platforms I burn through that in no time at all.

I didn't know the bonus was risk free.
Do they allow the bonus to be accumulated?

I busted out a couple of months ago. The next month when i had completed the wagering and made a nice profit i tried to cash out but the system wouldnt let me. I emailed them to ask if their wagering carries over but they said it was a system mistake and processed my cashin.

My only problem with them is the awful boss software, when will the dealer ever bust??

As far as I know, gold club also carry over WR. Maybe it's a common practice for BM casinos to carry over WR.

Actually, the wagering requirement here is only 10x bonus. Since you overcalculated the amount of wagering required, that might explain why you were able to withdraw.

Here's their e-mail to me (in pertinent part), just in case anyone is interested:

"As you have received 3 x $40 bonuses the accumulative handle is $1,200 prior to making a bonus withdrawal.

"The required handle is accumulative and therefore any shortfall in the
required handle not met in one month is carried forward to the next
month."

Well, that's mighty suckalicious. Luckily, I've always been able to play through there with my shirt on (only to zero out promptly thereafter). But isn't the problem somewhat mitigated by the fact that (as with most BM sites) you can still withdraw your winnings without having played through -- it's just the bonus you can't pull out?

And on the fees, that's a real killer. Not only do they charge $15 for each Neteller withdrawal under $300 (other than the first one) during a 28-day period, but they also charge a 3% fee for each DEPOSIT under $300 made by Neteller (other than the first one) during each 28-day period. So if you're inclined to cash-out at all regularly, they get you coming and going -- a 3% when you put your Neteller money in, then 15$ when you pull your Neteller money out. The point, obviously, is to encourage large deposits and to deter folks from pulling money out with any regularity. Really reduces the attractiveness of the place to me. I tend only to play there . . . gee, ev...

Thank you for the information. Too bad, Casino 365 was going to be my next move, but I will pass now. DON'T like the carry over wager requirement.

I just found out the hard way that Casino 365 does not cancel your wagering requirement when you bust. Their T&Cs don't say anything about this. I bet aggressively and lost the past 2 months. When I played through this month, I found out that I still had to meet the wagering requirements that I did not complete the past 2 months in a row.

If you plan on playing at this place regularly, bet conservatively.

I don't understand why casinos do this. A previous poster remarked on this in regards to the Fortune Lounge group, and it makes sense to me:

"...having this rule seems to me to be counter-productive from the casino's perspective (at least if the customer knows about the rule in advance). Basically they are encouraging players to bet conservatively - knowing that if they are reckless and lose the deposit and bonus prior to meeting the wagering requirement, they will have a monsterous wagering requirement the next time they deposit.

"Either that, ...
