I had an extremely bad session at Indio. I started out playing let-it-ride poker and lost almost everything without getting so much as 3oak. Then I switched to 3 card poker which was slightly less relentless, but my deposit and bonus were gone ery quickly. I never even got close to the wagering requirements and I was betting the minimum. I complained to the casino manager and the response was not to my satisfaction. We exchanged a few pleasantries. Now they have been spamming the bejesus out of me, despite my request to be taken off of their "hitlist". This is only my experience, as others may have fared better. Personally, I would stay far away from Indio unless it's a tax deductable donation.

BTW I have NOT played in this casino (yet) so I have no idea if it is fair or not nor do I know if they pay. Their offer seems attractive though. Anyone else having experiences from this casino?

They paid me every dime they owed but it just took them months. I miss their sportsbook, woulda go back if they start paying faster.
Actually the reason they say that is they have aspecial feature. When u have won 3 hands in a row you "are on fire" and that means u get 2:1 instead of 3:2 on Black Jacks! Some extra 100s of a percent payback

I guess we interpret the following, just taken from their website, somewhat differently.
"All Free money excludes play on Craps, Roulette, and Blackjack. Free Money will automatically not be used towards wagers placed on Craps and Roulette and any cash-ins made from using Free money on Blackjack will be declared null and oid. Cashins from playing on Blackjack will only be processed if NO Free money was used."

Yes, they are using Futurebet. They have recently taken BJ off the list of games that are excluded from fulfilling the wagering requirement. And they offer a 30% /$375 new player bonus. They claim that they pay to NETeller within 24-48 hours, even on a weekend.

Last time I saw these guys they were running under the url www.indiogaming.com, with software from Futurebet if I recall correctly.
The operators are Indio Media and Entertainment who seem to have connections in Durban, South Africa and, through a company called CDS, in the Netherlands Antilles. There was also an ambiguous reference to G&B Commerce on the Isle of Man.
Can't say I've heard anything bad about them, other than the notoriety that FB sites have these days for slow pay.
