Gambling Federation Casinos are getting good press at the moment (strangely, they weren't two years ago). I've just remembered this incident though that probably has been unresolved from three years ago. Many players weren't paid from the crazy 20% 'closing shop' promo. They had the promotion just before they were to change ownership to Manihi Inc. The promo didn't even have formal wagering requirements and when players asked they were ... | | Read Entire Entry |

Update on Quick Draw. I recieved my $9000 crecited to Visa on October 6. Now I have gotten email informing me that I did not bet enough so the $767 check will not be sent.
I called support again explaining that I kept track of my bets and did indeed bet more than the required amount. Frederick in their support department is checking into it, and so far sent another email that he is still checking. I want to keep an open mind on these guys. It may be that they are really just screwed up and not crooks. I got a taste of just how bad a computer failure can be last week. I have probably lost some important files when I had to reformat the hard drive and found out the MS Backup set contained a defective disk rendering 43 of 53 floppies unreadable.

This is what one of their CSO's said during the promo. They weren't even clear on the rules themselves.
"Please be advised that you should at least play the bonus before you can cash out after exciding the bonus you can do the cash out any time you want."

Customer Service Representative
They should pay everyone who played deposit + bonus, and put the money back into the accounts of everybosy else and advise them how much needs to be wagered to cashout.

In addition to your posting here, I suggest that you all go to casinomeister.com's forum and also post your claims under "online casino complaints".
http://www.casinomeister.com/discus/index.html
The webmaster there mails every posting to the casino in question asking them to reply. Casinos usually respond to posts there. If they fail to respond, casinomeister.com places them in a "not-to-be-trusted" category. They must state some reasons for the non-payment, which also could be challenged. I have posted there and got a VP Palace reply about my alleged bonus abuse even before my today's email.

All these posts reporting similar unfair treatment from these casinos don't look good, and their software supplier is not one of the bigger companies so don't hold out too much hope for a sympathetic ear there either.
This doesn't sound like faulty software and processing problems to me. And there are too many of the same complaint for it to be employee error. That leaves downright dishonesty or cash flow problems.
Is there an IGC member logo on the sites? I'm asking because that will be the next delay tactic.
iCrystal recently pushed out some media releases on the introduction of new Classic Edition software for these sites btw.

I think the OPA need to sort this place out too. I got paid eventually but it seems a lot of people haven't. By the way, I was reading the message boards in that anteup or whatever site yesterday and someone posted a similar thing that happened to me. They never received a registered mail ($600 check) and the casino said they would put a trace on it and no more news was reported (it was a post from a few months back).

Ignore my above post. I just got that same damn letter the rest of you got.. Their form letter sayd "Your level of play was clearly under the level required for the bonus."
That is completely incorrect - I wagered MORE than my bonus + deposit.
This place is unbelievable - I'm going to follow my initial instinct at all times now - it saves me a lot of headaches from these damn places! Only reason I did play is that somebody at FCH said that they got paid ery quicly on a similiar promo a few weeks earlier from this place.

They have seized my bonus and winnings as I only wagered just over the bonus amount. They say their rules were ery clear....deposit plus bonus. This is rubbish, as there were no details in their e-mail offer or on their website. And it was their support staff who said bonus amount only. If they don't even know, then how are we??? Or maybe they wanted it that way.

lenka: Please give me the email address that they replied to you with. I can't even get the courtesy of a reply to the email I sent last week.
According to my records the only reason I did this one is becuase people at FCH said they had gotten paid in the past and it was bonus-only required to withdrawal.
Also according to my records I did wager in excess of deposit + bonus just to be safe (even though I hated their software with a passion!). I did get my deposit back quick but never a check - and never a reply to my inquiry.
So, please post the email that you used to corresponded with them and I'll see if they also tell me that I did not wager enough.

I wont be paid my winnings of $212.50 probably. VPP has accused me of bonus abuse i,e according to them I have wagered less than my deposit plus bonus - $1,200, which is not true. I have betted $1,350. They have refused to supply me with bettting trasnscipts because of "server problems".
Online gamblers are at full mercy of casinos like VPP and Quickdraw. Whenever they want they say: "you are a bonus abuser". And I am even denied my chance to state my reasons.

Didn't everyone get emails saying their payouts had been sent last friday? I can't believe they are still processing them. I got paid most of what I was owed but I sent quite long emails to them and the software provider. When I phoned them the day before I got the check, they seemed to know who I was and told me to ring in half an hour when the manager was in. I rang later and as soon as I told them my name they put me through to the manager straight away who said the fedex had been sent. They did forget to include my winnings from two months ago though.
Also, according to message boards, some people were told they had to wager the deposit and others were told just the bonus but I wagered both. I don't think they really had a formal minimum wagering amount. I was betting quite high so I risked losing more than the bonus.

I got the final answer from Video Poker Palace after I posted on casinomeister. Now they simply refuse to pay my winning of $212.50 claiming that I have failed to wager the total amount of my deposit and bonus of 1,200. Of cause, I have wagered even more, around 1,350 after that I have stopped counting.
They also claim that this minimum wagerin amount was stated in the rules on the web site. Actually, I have not noticed any, yet I have wagered well in excess of $1,200.
What shall I do?
I have my logs.

On 5 September they were supposed to process $4,500 in deposits and $1,241 more in bonus/winnings for my wife and me. Five weeks later, all they can say is that "we are still carrying out maintenance on our server and are unable to facilitate you at the moment with our speedy payouts." I suggest you stay away from Video Poker Palace and Quick Draw Casino until there is a pattern of positive comment.

I did get one of the checks today by fedex for $1300 but they forgot to include the $400 from over two months ago. They said the $400 is being sent by normal mail because they forgot to include it in the fedex. I think everyone should have got their payment sent by now. I suppose they must have been telling the truth about the $400 they sent ages ago being returned to them as uncalled for.

I have also been waiting for my money from Quick Draw since September 4. I am owed $9000 which has not been credited to my card yet. I have received no email response from them either. Of course, I have not seen the $767 check they owe me.
I have talked to them by phone several times and only on October 5 did they promise to do anything. This is ery disappointing as well as expensive. On previous occasions their payout times were better than average. This time the comment was that "it's not our fault". This is not the way to ensure continued business.
(How is that for self-control? And all without the help of expensive anger management counselling.)

James must have been the only player who was in their payout queue before it got wiped out. I wonder if he would have been paid if he won more money. I don't see anyone else being paid from last month.
I replied to their email I posted above asking about my payout and whether it will be by fed-ex and they just responded with the exact email I'd just replied to. I could go on forever I suppose getting the same email back. Maybe it's one of those dumb robots in customer services now.
Dear Customer,
In regard to requests for payouts, we sincerely appologize for the
delays that have been experienced over the past weeks.
All payouts requested up to October 2nd, have been processed. Original
deposit amounts have been credited back to your credit card, and cheques
will be sent out this Friday (Oct 6th).
Once again, we appologize for the delay, and thank you for your kind
patience.
Sincerely,
Casino Support

Apparantly they are sending all the outstanding cheques tomorrow! Everyone seems to have received the same email below. I've seen it posted by other people on other message boards. I still find it hard to believe that they sent some of my winnings two months ago by registered mail and it never arrived. They kept saying they would put a trace on it but never did. The day I phoned them they said to wait a few more days for it even though it was 7 weeks. Later that day they emailed me saying it was returned to them (as uncalled for or something) on that exact day I phoned which sounded a bit dodgy to me. I've never had problems with receiving registered mail before and why should it be returned all the way back to dominica??

Their payout queue got wiped out! Sounds a bit fishy to me.

First, regarding payouts: We had some technical problems that wiped out our
payout queue. We became aware of this when players started e-mailing in
asking why their payouts were taking so long. Right now we are working
extended hours to process all the payout requests. Everyone is going to get
their payout. It's just taking some time because of the backlog this has
created.

I still think they changed management. If they haven't changed, why does the new site have new phone numbers (that don't work) and a new email address?
www.blackjackcastle.com is another affiliated site that is still working though.
I just noticed that the new sites mention they are in San Jose, Costa Rica.
Blackjackcastle.com and the old pp and quickdraw have a license from Dominica.
