I agree that you will get your money. They are not going to steal it, but they sometimes get really creative with payouts--part to Neteller, part check or other method.
Just wait until you have accounts at all 6 casinos in their group and get payments by both Neteller and Firepay, like I do. Cashcheck is always a few days late with the explanation of the payout and their statements come by email weekly. Since all the casinos use the same e-cash merchant it can be ery difficult to erify which payment came from which casino.

i made a withdrawal on the 26th of November. i finally got them to approve my ID. then they said they reversed the cashin of $300. my cashin was $600. I deposited $300 and won $600. i looked in my neteller account and the money is not there either. it has been the most frustrating past few weeks, just trying to get my $600, now there is only $300 in the account?

Don't panic, you will get your money.
FL group prefer to chop your cashin to a few pieces. Usually they chop my cashin to 2 pieces such as deposit and bonus/winning. Sometimes they chopped by cashin into 3-4 small random-number pieces.
As long as I can get all the money, I am okay with it.

i finally get the DL scanned and send it to them, its approved, great! now i want my $600, but wait they reversed it, ok, i will go and request another withdrawal. but only to find $300 in my account, that is what i deposited, where are my winnnings??
i cant help it, i am begining to get er frustrated with this whole matter, i can understand the ID request, and that was a pain in the butt, but now my winnings disappear? what is going on? Vegas illa, care to respond??

i just feel this is a great inconvience. i have faxed and faxed, the hell if i am going to go out and buy a scanner. i deposited $300, played for a little while and cashed out the same day, so, no, i did not get a bonus. so why in the hell do they need all this ID ****. it's a bunch of bull, they are waiting for me to say forget it and they keep all of it. i have already spent more than needed at kinkos. this is complete bull****

What makes me wonder is that the bonuses on Fortunelounge casinos, including egasvilla are kind of automatic.
Maybe they have credited his account with these bonuses after all, (next day).
And if the person has not met the wagering requirements for these bonuses, his account is now locked. (really stupid from FL , if this has happened).
Why didnt you get the signup bonus? You say, that you had NO bonus...
Anyway i suggest you purchase a scanner, you will need it anyway ... You could also try to contact support@fortunelounge.com if answers from egasvilla arent satisfying.

You can buy scanners for $29 (and less - I've seen them free after rebate). Buy a cheap scanner. You'll need it again anyway. Faxing rarely works well.

Do not copy it, use a scanner instead.
You will be asked to send your ID etc often nowadays, why waste your time copy/fax when you can scan it and attach everything with an email?
You can scan your ID at kinkos, just bring your own floppy disk and save your picture in bmp, gif or jpg file. The next time when they ask you to send ID, just attach all the pictures along with your emails.
Vegas illa belongs to Fortune Lounge group and they are pretty good MG casinos. They have strict policies to screen out scammers so they are not ery friendly toward new players. On the other hand, once your ID etc is accepted they always pay in 4 days without any hassle.

let me start from the begining. i deposited $300 ia neteller, played a little with NO BONUS got up to $600 requested a cash out and the told me to send them ID, and a recent bill with my address on it.
My account is now locked. I have sent my DL 5 times, each time they are telling me it is not clear.
