After a massive struggle, dozens of ignored emails, horendous lies, etc. pp. Windows finally paid me my $400 withdrawal 5 weeks after withdrawing.

I filed an RTG players' complaint also which completely has been unanswered.

Watch them crooks!!!

Windows has owed me over $9000 for over a month and a half
I deposited and withdrew before and they paid me fairly quickly so I thought I would be fine and I foolishly let my winnings build up in my account, and now they won't reply to any emails and locked my account

Everyone who they are screwing like this needs to file a complaint with RTG and email them every day at disputes@realtimegaming.com. Windows cannot get away with stealing money every time a player wins a lot! If RTG gets enough pressure they will hopefully make Windows pay us.

Everyone should also email whatever payment processor they used and encourage them to drop Windows. Maybe if Neteller or Firepay got enough emails they would try to help us out or even drop Windows.

For what it's worth, I too am having problems with both Windows Casino and Magic Oasis. No responses to dozens of emails. Everyone stay away from these two.

Blyecchh. I play precisely one RTG, and that's iNetBet. I have thought about playing Sci-Fi, but all this garbage makes me so uncomfortable that I'm not inclined even to take that risk.

For real... I can understand why the Meister does not throw away his time for those scammers anymore.

I knew what playing at Windows might "mean" but decided to play since I have personally never been robbed by them before.
All I have done so far was another RTG dispute that, as expected, has not been replied yet either.

I don't believe Casinomeister handles RTG complaints anymore. That would probably take up 8hrs per day so he stopped. Also, Windows is listed in his ever growing rogue section.

I have still been sending my dozens of emails a day and live chatting several times a day, and still no answer but today I went on live chat and they told me my account had been closed and was under investigation! I claimed a few bonuses but I wagered far more than necessary and I'd gladly give them back if it would get my royal flush winnings paid. I think they are just doing this to spite me because I have been bugging them so much, but what do they expect when they intentionally ignore all my contact!

Also, Caroline has not been in the office even once when I have live chatted, which has now been dozens of times.

RTG still hasn't contacted me, do they have an email address so I could check on the status of my complaint?

I have the same exact problem with Windows right now: My withdrawal has been pending for weeks, emails are getting ignored and I am supposed to contact the banking department which is never there.

I had a several successfull withdrawals with them before so this most definetely appears to be a new scam by Tony.

RTG has a bad habit of dealing players multiple royal flushes for a ery excessive payout.... seems like it hovers around $30k for most... notice the pun intended when I call a session of royals a bad thing..., since most seem like they don't get paid. I have even heard stories of a particular casino saying the game had to be rigged in player favor and the odds were just impossible.... well, I know the odds ARE impossible but their software deals them... I have hit 4 Royals in less than 48 hours on a RTG casino for over $30k.... I knew from the start to not even consider requesting the cash-out in one lump sum... I milked it out over several smaller cash-outs... that also helped my tax position.

I sent about 50 emails today, all of which were ignored. I live chatted 3 times and each time they just told me I need to talk to Caroline, but magically in all the times I chat she isn't there! All week I have been trying to get ahold of Caroline, I have had them leave tons of pen and paper notes on her desk, had the reps email her, I have emailed her dozens of times, NOTHING. They often tell me when she will be back in, and I make a point to chat then but for some reason she is always gone. Latest news is she won't be back til monday now. Suuurrreee..... If I ever press anything on live chat they just tell me they can't do anything and hang up on me. RTG still hasn't contacted me, and I filed a complaint with Neteller but they said they can only help me get my deposit back

Are there any mediators who would help me with this or any other places I should post my story to try to get them to pay me?

Online casino owners are a disreputable lot and some of the slimiest to crawl the earth run RTG casino's.

Well 24 hours later and Realtime gaming has not contacted me. I also emailed all the windows and magic oasis email addresses I could locate again and didn't get a single response again. I went on their live chat 3 times and asked them to tell the manager that I had filed a complaint and to please contact me, and each time they promised someone would email me. It just baffles me that they would completely ignore me like this

Thanks for the link Jydeman, I sent several more emails to all the different email addresses and again got no answers so I filed a complaint with that website. I sure hope that works, nothing else is.

At the ery least they could give you some bull**** excuse for delaying payment. Not answering at all is bad.

I suggest you contact RTG - http://players.realtimegaming.com/

Believe it or not, but Windows Casino is supposed to be one of the RTG flagships.

You are not alone. I know 4 people who are owed between them around $30,000. They are having the same problem ... no response, no money.

I have to believe these joints would rather pay a LOT of small winners rather then a few big winners.

When I originally played at windows casino I won a few hundred playing ideo poker and they paid me in a couple weeks, which I thought was a long time but still OK. Then they sent me a coupon in the mail so I decided to try them out again, and this time I hit a royal flush for $4000. I played WAY more than the coupon required, probably at least 2 or 3 times as much. While I was waiting to be paid for this royal flush they sent me another coupon and I foolishly reversed my cashin and played again and hit another royal flush! I was pretty excited by this, but now I had a cashout for about $10k which made me nervous. I cashed out the total in the first week of October and a week or 2 later started emailing about when I would get paid. They never answered me, so I started talking to their live chat about when I would be paid, and they would never give me an answer and just told me to talk to banking. So I have emailed banking@windowscasino.com every day for a week and they have not answered me once!!! I thou...
