Yep- still in the land of koala's! Its a pity as this is one of the few Microgamings I can still play at- but I work on the theory if they are slow to provide support they are not worth playing at.

I sent an e-mail to them last week asking about a promo. I received an automated response within seconds and a 'live' response by the next morning. As of last week their e-mail was working fine. If they are not responding there must be other reasons.

Yea, they're too busy sending email to players telling them they "aren't eligible" for their bonuses after a player deposits based on a "directed" email. When they're all done with that maybe they'll respond to you.

Has anybody managed to get a response from CS at this casino- Having misentered my password I have now requested a reset 5 times over the space of one week- Not even an acknowledgement of my emails.- Not exactly the "reply within minutes" per the website.
These guys used to be fast- has there been a change in my absence from the world of online gambling?
