A resolution / update on this one would be appreciated, Mr. H. It's been hanging on a long time.
Inter, Ryan, Ecash, whoever or whatever is running the show, I would like an update too! Heck, I would be happy just to hear that you got your casino software problems repaired. That way at least your current and future members won't have issue's like this and won't have to rely on your so-called customer support.
Oh yeah, one more thing. How long do you think my account will be locked for? I need to print an Ecash statement for 2003. Tax man will have his hand out wanting his cut of the action real soon and it would be nice to have a record of deposits and withdrawls. I won't count on it though, asking for help from anyone there is like pulling teeth!

Hi!
I just wanted to let you know that the problem in this case was that playerdave lost deposit and bonus while playing Roulette. Because Roulette, Baccarat and Craps don't count towards the wager requirement and the minimum wager is rolled over to the next month, even though he lost his deposit and bonus. I had ECash taking the hold off from his account and he can withdraw now. As I stated before, if you lose your deposit and half of the bonus we will oid the wager requirement for the month. In this case it just had to be done manually. If you have any issues you can always email me at ryanh@intercasino.com and I will try my best to resolve any issues.
Regards,
Ryan Hartley

RyanH ?? What the Dilly, yo??
Not to mention wagering requirements have increased over previous months. I won't be surprised when my balance still isn't withdrawable after I finish the wagering because they are enforcing the new required 25X on my old deposits

That must have just changed. I'd lost D&B 11 months (!!!!) out of the last 12 without coming close to WR and won a few bucks last month and had no problem cashing out. Went back to losing again this month (about a 38% HA over the last year mostly $10 BJ). I use both the Java and Download software (same account).

I have been using the java ersion so it's possible that makes a difference.
