Rainfall is one of the most negative posters I know, but is the above relevant to this thread which is about Angelciti? And I think he and the Casinomeister ended up in some sort of rapprochement - he's certainly still over there posting.
Back on topic - Angelciti's George G is one of the most prolific press release writers in the industry as he continues to hype the stock on this troubled company with its bad history and sometimes shocking SEC disclosures. In the latest release he boasts about the company achieving a handle of $50 million!
Having said that, his bs must have attracted some investors and money from somewhere because I haven't seen any slow or no payments complaints in recent times, or beefs about unfair bonus disqualifications and the other ruses of the unscrupulous.
There are certainly way better places to risk your money imo.

Hmmm, RAINFALL the scammer as seen here in a Casinomeister article??
http://www.casinomeister.com/evil_players.html
Usernames: Rainfall, HOW SAFE ARE YOU, HSAY
This individual is a malicious poster who will attack those who are working our asses off helping players who need assistance when it comes to online casino complaints.
After a number of times erbally abusing Julie Sidwell of Gambling.com's Gambling Grumbles, he decided to take me on. Unfortunately for him, he picked on the wrong dude. On 18 February at Winneronline's Forum, Rainfall made the following observation and accusation:
...Bryan is no angel either. He deletes threads in the complaints forum if they speak bad about his sponsors. I read his forum at night and when i wake up the next morning they are nuked.. 2 in the past week, several over the past month. Everyone in this business is on the take.
He also decided to post in my forum as well stating:

Larry's serious error of judgement in posting this thread should not be allowed to detract from the good work being done by Ricardo and Wilson in resolving the matter.

Posted by "Larry" from AngelCiti...
"With all of the bad press, and many inaccuracies that were stated about Angelciti involving a disputes with approximately 8 players out of the tens of thousands who have happily enjoyed their entertainment with the company, I just wanted to make sure that people were armed with a more full set of the facts and a greater appreciation for the lengths that Mr. Lee and Mr. Sol took to help ensure the overal integrity of the online gaming community.
And a response from Jetset...
"The last thing I would have done would be to reignite the issues by seemingly pretending that they never existed."
Larry has the "perfect mindset" for an RTG casino.
Ahhhh.... "the beat goes on"....
I wonder how long it will be until the "usual problems" start with the "newest entree"... Shark Casino??

Coming on here and trying to trivialize the disgraceful events at Angelciti was definitely not the smartest move you ever made, Larry.
In your position I think I would have thanked God that Wilson Lee and Ricardo Del Sol have pulled yours and George's chestnuts out of the fire and then I would have let sleeping dogs lie.
I would suggest that your road to success as the majority investor lies not through the old management but the new - give them adequate financial support and then just let them run the operation efficiently and honestly.
The last thing I would have done would be to reignite the issues by seemingly pretending that they never existed.

Winners getting paid is something that happens every day, so don't expect any nominations for the "Best online casino 2003" award (Windows Casino takes it every year )
You refunded the losers - because it was cheaper than paying the winners. You ended up paying the winners - but it's not like it was part of the plan from the beginning - was it?
There's also the old issue with the multiple Royal Flush winner. It took 9 months to get her paid.

Larry, welcome to Winneronline!
While players appreciate AngelCiti's progress in resolving the long standing blackjack promotion dispute, it's too soon to declare that everything is just fine.
Unresolved:
*Why a $28k ideo poker winner went unpaid for months
*Why Angelciti continued to use software that it stated was faulty as reason to disallow the above payment
*Why Angelciti sought no professional evaluation of the above software
*Why Angelciti management made untruthful statements about the promotion in question
*What has been done to educate AngelCiti staff and management in casino mathematics, promotion design, and customer retention
*That Angelciti has passed on player confidential information to stock marketers
*That Angelciti omits important related party dealings in their press releases, esp. with respect to Omega Ventures
*That Angelciti consistently fails to inform potential investors of its poor competitive position in the industry, tha... | | Read Entire Entry |

That AngelCiti paid the losing players does not change the fact that they did this with the intention to steal thousands of dollars from legitimate winners. And that was the only reason that the losing players were paid. End of story.

Dear Message Board Posters:
As some of you may or may not know, I am an investor in AngelCiti (although not involved in the day-to-day affiars) and when the problems began to arise, I stepped in was able to solve some of them and now give huge kudos to Ricardo Del Sol and the new COO Wilson Lee, who have stepped in and resolved the remainder of the issues. There are some facts about the overall situation in which AngelCiti has now gone well above and beyond the call of duty in resolving these issues that I would like to point out for the overall high-quality reputation of the organization going forward.
At this point, all payment issues have been resolved or near resolved. Above and beyond that, all players, who played under that disputed bonus program and lost their money (issues that were not even in dispute) received there full deposits back without even making a request - therefore AngelCiti paid out both the winners and losers under that bonus program. Finally, and most importantl... | | Read Entire Entry |
