I asked about Shark Casino about a month ago. got some good advise. I played there. They've been doing bonus about Blackjack. I like blackjack. I made a request for a payout through my NetTeller account and got a pay of $5000 before end of day. I like iNetBet, but Shark has a lot of good bonus and really good customer service. In my mind this is a good RTG. Talk to Laura, the casino manager, she's a big help.

Angelciti - LOL, they paid up in the end, but it was pretty hard work to say the least. Are they off the "avoid" list? Tough call...
Sci Fi - A dreadful start, but I believe ALL players are now fully paid up, and they're ticking along nicely at the moment.
Portofino - ? Never heard any complaints, except for...
Hampton - Sister to the above. For some reason they pulled a load of "blacklist" bullsh*t on their first day of business. In the end I believe they paid winnings, with bonuses removed, to players on that mysterious list. They did NOT refund losses to the losers.
That episode always surprised me. Same manager as Porto - what was he thinking about? Something to do with the fact that an RTG without any blackmarks against its name doesn't get an invite to the Tony Friedmann Christmas party?
Apart from that, I agree with Rainfall's list

I'll second the AngelCiti group. We just started promoting them because we were hearing good things. We haven't experienced any problems ourselves with Sci-Fi and Palace of Chance but there have been a number of complaints posted so just be careful.

Thanks for the correction. I agree that this looks like a foolish promotion to me as well. I wouldn't play it, even if I could. But they will get some newbies to try it. When they get burned, let's see if they pay up, or simply cry about "bonus abuse", not enough wagering, etc.
The problem, as I see it, is that these RTG casinos that require wager through before a player can have the bonus, do not attract the return players. When you deposit a few times, without meeting wager requirements, you tend to feel cheated.
If the player gets the bonus, and still does not meet wager requirements, they still feel they got a fair chance, and will probably come back to give it another shot.
If I play with a bonus, and can't cash out, I'll probably come back to try w/o the bonus. Then I can cash out anytime.
In trying to limit their liability, they are cutting their own player base.

i asked prism and they said that they are not part of irtual...
they definately answer their emails a lot faster than those guys at @casinosupportcenter.com or whatever irtual is.

Prism is a "Virtual Casino" and should be avoided. Too many payment problems.
I woudld agree about Welcome to our Casino. Tops in RTG casinos. Havent' tried Inetbet yet.
Winners Playground used to be good, but there have been complaints about them lately. Does anyone still have payout problems with them?
