After iewing their website,I'm curious why anybody be interestered in joining a casino that has a whopping 23 games for your enjoyment without being able to see what they are,who is the software provider,T and C's.I personally don't know of one online casino that has only 23 games,most have at least 40 or over,many at least 60.First impression is this is pure garbage.

I was talking about Crystal casino. I played there a couple times and they always added bonuses timely and paid fast. However a friend of mine played and had trouble getting his bonus and it took quite a few emails( 3or 4 weeks) before things got straightened out. It did get straightened out and he got paid quickly for a Starnet casino. The guy who runs the promos (Jason??) seems to be one of those managers who actually gives a damn and does his best unlike many others. I would just get whatever money you have there out and continue to try to get the bonus money. I think things will get straightened out for you, maybe not quickly though.

Are you talking about crystalcasino? Their mailbox has been "full" for about 3 weeks as every email bounces back from them. They still owe me $150 in bonus money but I'm guessing that I'll never see it.
