These play logs are really wierd.
According to the play log, a malfunction made you loose $44.30, even though you only placed $3 bet. Later they return the lost fund back to you.
As for the winning hand, the session detail is not as conclusive as a screen shot of the real play.
You really should take a screen shot for that hand... Now it's really hard to prove you are the winner.

I too spent alot of my hard earned money here and OMNI and never got up to $150 over what I had deposited-NEVER. You guys say $1500 is such a low amount, I would've been happy just to have been up $200!!. Why was Bryan Bailey not contacted? Why were not any of the other big affiliates asked for help? Why was NO help (apparently) solicited from ANY quarter? Why is Intercasino "reneging" on such a paltry sum?

No, because the funny thing about that was when The reels stop on the hats and did not credit my account I instantantly called support. The guy asked me if I tried to log out and then log back in. I said no beacause I did not want to loose the proof before I talked to somebody. He had me log off and log back on anyway assuring me that the logs would show the win. This was all before I found out that you could copy the actual screen. The guy at ecash asked me to email him the log iew and the screen it showed in there. This issue is ery serious. If we don't get a clearer picture of the whole event, many of us will loose our faith with your casino.
I'd like to hear the whole story from your side. Would you please to be more specific?

Hi Caruso, I don't know how many more opportunities could be given to InterCasino to have a proper airing of all the facts. In light of their not taking advantage of the many opportunities afforded to them to clear this issue up, I can't even begin to give them the benefit of the doubt on any issue.

1.5K is chicken feed for Inter. Ryan seems to be suggesting there were nefarious goings on here. I'm inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt - it makes no sense to think that Inter would damage their credibility over an issue in which they're not COMPLETELY in the right. A player with a history of chargebacking does rather sacrifice the right to fair treatment from the other side.
In their position, I would contact the player and tell him to either post a retraction, or they will air the facts of the case in their entirity.
