Hamptons/Portofino has stolen thousands from players. It's amazing they have not been shut down by RTG.

Don't you people ever learn? Once a thief, always a thief. Once a casino steals you should never play there again. Don't believe all that BS about ownership changes so now its allright to play there again. All that consists of is the thief changing his already fake name to another one. Anyone who plays with these crooks deserves it if they steal from them. And this goes double if its an RTG casino.

hm reminds me of the scam HAMPTONS/PORTOFINO did to me.

Simply put the scam goes like this:

1 ) They say deposit and get a bonus. Heck, PLEASE deposit and we'll give you this bonus!

2) You deposit.

Now, here two things can happen.

3) You lose all your money. You get emails from them. See Step 1.

3a) You win. You follow all the rules and play fair.

4) Sorry! You're an abuser! You may or may not get your deposit back, but forget winnings, definately forget the so called bonus, and if you want to make the casino happy then proceed to step 2 followed immediately by step 3.

PEOPLE, IT'S A SCAM. Plain and Simple, pure fraud. It seems a growing proportion of online casinos are using this fraud, SO BE AWARE and Check here FIRST to see which ones are doing it!

Oh and btw: folks, if you play at a casino and experience no problems, and wonder why other players are getting shafted.. .well just how long do you think it...

I've read at arious other forums that they are stealing from several other players as well.. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY. They are saying meeting minimum wagering is ABUSE and stealing DEPOSITS, WINNINGS, AND BONUS.

They have the money, they're just being idiots. I too thought they were rehabilitated but they seem bent on imploding.

They are aware of this thread but have still not responded to my e-mails. It would be nice if they could explain their actions here so that other players can be forewarned about their policies towards winning players who have met terms and conditions.

To me it looks as if they are struggling financially and so I would be hesitant about making deposits with them at this time.

I am not suprised.
I tried ruby dragon for their sign up bonus. I lost all the bonus but it still took them a long time just to return my deposit.
I can smell trouble when they delay payment, especially only deposit.
Their CS reply emails fast though.

Just when they seem to be salvaging some remnant of a reputation they go stupid again and pull stunts like this. I suppose they could change the casino names in a few weeks, >>SNIP<< morons.

Dear All,

Just a warning for anyone who is currently playing at any of the Royal Casino Group casinos (Extreme, Heat, Ruby Dragon) or considering doing so. Recently I took up one of their weekly bonus offers for a $140 bonus on a $200 deposit. I wagered according to the rules posted on their website and cashed out with a profit (also one of the stipulations of their terms and conditions).

I did not receive payment and had the sum of my cash-in request minus the $140 bonus returned to my account. In the history section of the cashier it detailed a $140 manager approved withdrawal which I did not receive. Upon enquiring about this action I was sent an e-mail detailing a clause relating to 'bonus abuse' which had been added to their rules page subsequent to my deposit and play. Despite meeting all the terms stated when I deposited they had removed the $140 bonus without explanation. I consider this to be stealing.

Since this time they have not responded to my e-mails. They have p...
