I think they understand people winning in a particular session they just don't understand the cashing out part.

Gamblegirl is correct when she says good casinos do receive praise. Along with her examples, Casino On Net gets praised lots. 32 red gets praised lots. Intercasino gets praised lots. There are others.
Gamblegirl is also correct in pointing to Golden Riviera as a problem MG and I agree with Caruso that an MG with problems isn't a good casino simpl... | | Read Entire Entry |

You know, first I should apologize for being a bit negative, if it's coming off that way. I've had the flu for a few days now, and I'm on the warpath with a few casinos at the moment, so I'm getting short-tempered. (Warpath over bonus T&C's with a couple of them, a couple of player misunderstandings with a couple of other casinos, etc. (not my players, either) Nothing serious anywhere, just irritating because sometimes it's easier to pull teeth than it is to find common/business sense in people. Not to mention I just cursed a favored casino out for SPAM. )
I'm not lauding any casino just for paying out. I measure a casino on many levels, and I'll actually let them be slow with payouts if they measure up properly in all the other areas. I also understand that you guys, as players, can't see what we who work closely with them see in the Piggs Peak group, but they're solid. And we'll get the customer service fixed, or I'll pull them off my sites and I'm sure some other affs will, too. They're ... | | Read Entire Entry |

Cindy, it's kind of expected that a casino pays, and fast, and without hassle, and without BS etc etc as any other reasonable business would, so although it's admittedly a fairly unique phenomenon in the OC world, I see absolutely no good reason to get orgasmic about it when it happens. They SUPPOSED to. Gee whizz, I won 100 bucks and they paid within two days. Freakin' miracle NOT.
I expect a casino at which I play square and cashout to PAY me, and I see absolutely NO reason to laud the event when it happens. I DO see EVERY reason to bash the hell out of them if they break their side of the contract.
There are enough "golly gee whizz gurgle I won I won!!!" posts around here already.
iNetbet - fair enough, there is a bit of excessive adulation around here, but they've kind of earned it. Payments within 24 hours and never a black mark. Those two combined are unique in RTG land. Why are they "lacklustre"? Aside from one or two that offer better VP table... | | Read Entire Entry |

I'm not going to deny that they have customer service issues. Several of us have been working with them since this summer about that, including Spear, me, and a GPWA member who physically meets with them often. But while poor customer service does not make for a happy experience, neither does it make them "rogue" casinos.
They're having trouble transitioning to the online world, but I think you'd be impressed with the brains and dedication behind these casinos. We have word there are plans in place for major CS changes after the New Year.
Gamblegirl, with all due respect, INetBet is the only casino anyone's allowed to compliment around here without getting trashed, and it gets done to the point of ad nauseum. I have no idea what they've done to gain everyone's admiration around here, but from the Video Poker Junkie herself, INetBet is about the most lackluster RTG casino I've ever played at and my players agreed with me.
Beyond that, nearly every positive comment abo... | | Read Entire Entry |

There have been several issues with this group, Cindy. MG casinos with issues are not good MG casinos. Rather, they're probably the worst.

New to online gambling, or just this board? Piggs Peak shares the same software, Microgaming, as all the most reputable and biggest selling online casinos, so I don't really think there are "too many glitches" with it.

If you win, it's next to impossible to cash out at Piggs Peak and Jackpots in a Flash. They will tell you that you didn't wager enough, or that you need to send them your social security number (ah, I don't think so). They have also stolen bonus money from players.
Best to stay away, they don't understand gambling and that some people win from time to time. Which is odd since they own B&M casinos. They are a burn joint--a low roller sawjust joint.

They should not be trusted. They don't like winners. The only place that refused to pay me unless I provided them with my social security number which is none of their business. I won a little during one promotion and was promptly barred. I did get paid. Stay away from this group.

Aztec Riches and that group come to mind - still trapping players with non existant play through requirements. Golden Riviera and that group still delay players timly processing of their deposits. The Piggs Peak group seems to have trouble paying out bonus. And then didn't that group Casino Rewards Group of Casinos (Blackjack Ballroom, Golden Tiger, Zodiac and the other sister casinos) decide they could change bonus terms retroactively; have not heard anything currently.
Anyway, the point is that we see the complaints but they don't get resolved. If we put them in a thread, we could bump the thread ever so often. Sort of a player based rogue listing.

Rogues-nonsense-Piggs Peak is solid, yet somewhere in the world there will be someone that has had an issue with a casino at some time or another, but that dosen't make it a rogue casino, and many times it's the fault of the player not reading the T & C's.Slow payments are always B.S.,but mistakes do happen, and as long as the issue is resolved fairly, gamble on a site that has a good reputation, even though they screw up occassionally,E.G.-Gaming Club fiasco recently.

I agree with Sirius. Piggs Peak and Jackpots in a Flash are no longer safe to play. They do all kinds of weird stuff. But it boils down to them not being able to handle winners--they simply don't like to pay you if you win.
A friend of mine made a deposit on a weekend, won, and tried to withdrawal. He did not receive a bonus. They would not let him withdrawal because they said he would be getting a Neteller bonus on Monday. He didn't want the bonus, but they wouldn't let him withdrawal. After many Emails he gave up.
These are the kinds of hassles you have to go through when you play at Piggs Peak and Jackpots in a Flash.
And G2B, please don't waste energy giving me hell or shilling for this group. Your time will be better spent calling Piggs Peak and telling them to get thier act together.
Until then, I will badmouth this group every chance I get. They are rouges

Unfortunately, this isn't true. Avoid this and the sister site. I dumped this group after they only sent me my winnings a month late after I queried where my cheque was. I received the cheque and when I asked why it took so long they said it was sent in April. The cheque was dated June 13th! I emailed them again and they didn't reply.
Since then I've heard reports that they often try and deny bonuses and winnings. There was a thread on winneronline about one incident (I'll bring it up again). Unfortunately there were many more problems that I've since heard about and Lew Koor stopped responding to my emails when I asked at the time whether other players have had similar treatment.
They also had a habit of trying to apply increasing wagering requirements retroactively. I read something about the sign up offer in in August this year (months after the complaint o... | | Read Entire Entry |

Just felt the need to commend their customer service people. Had need to get their help on a small matter and they were super nice, and handled the issue immediately.
Excellent customer service!
