Well spotted !
We have no affiliation with any other casino group. When our designers were laying out the website they downloaded some other RTG casinos to get the exact download process , you will notice that on our main site phoeniciancasino.com that this was corrected prior to going live. We however did not pick it up on our high rollers site.
I am sure when we release our next casino next month that it will have phoenician casino in the copy somewhere.
Thanks for pointing it out , do you have an account with our casino , drop me an email dean@phoen... | | Read Entire Entry |

Dean, could you please explain this? I can think of a few possibilities but would like to hear from you.

I am so glad you got paid. Too bad I missed the last promotion.
It's great to see another good RTG casino in business. I think RTG is the best software and we need more honest RTG casinos.

As to their Customer Support Reps, are they any worse or better than any other Customer Support reps in any other industry? That should be the measuring guage.

Their live reps are clueless!! They were supposed to be trained and they're not! It's also FRUSTRATING that they don't have a phone number. I won't play at a casino that doesn't ~

Yes i had a few questions asked by some players regarding this and one of our support staff has been providing incorrect information. This has now been rectified the staff member is new and misunderstood our instructions , these things happen i guess. It would be rather odd for players to meet previous requirements.
i am sorry for the confusion.

Just to clarify some confusion over WR on any of our bonuses. You do NOT need to satisfy prior wagering requirements in order to cash out any future bonuses. Each bonus is indepent of eachother. In other words WR do NOT carry forward from one offer to the next they are zero'd out and start again. This is in relation to the statement kavaman raised, he was misinformed by one of our support team ( too much christmas cheer i think ! )
I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a safe and healthy new year
regards
Dean

VP definitely seems like the way to go for this bonus, I played it and cashed out a nice little profit. Nice to play RTG software once in a while feelign comfortable that I will get paid, definitely feels like a fair game compared to some of the other software brands out there.

There is no such thing as a "solid" online casino. Playing at any online casino is risky. I'm not saying you shouldn't play at online casinos, but you always assume some risk when you play at any online casinos.

IMO, the only game worth playing with this promotion is pontoon.
I just donated $50 to Inetbet with their Xmas bonus, if that will make you feel better.

I asked are previous wagering requirements zeroed out when a player looses his deposit and bonus in full. And they said NO.
You have to meet the playtrough for all your previous bonuses before withdrawing was the answer on customer support.
I didnt even find this on their terms and conditions.
This is not normal practise for most casinos. If someone from the casinos management is reading this board, they could comment on this.

I like their comp system. Very nice. Not quite as good as INet, but really what casino is?
I won on their exclusive WOL bonus and a bit on their X-mas bonus, too. I wish I would have deposited more than I did for that one.

I am not a solicitor for them, just giving praise where praise is due, it is nice to have another (along with Emily at Inetbet.com) RTG that is straight-forward and pays players!!
for now...
but remember what they said about Cirrus too.....
