John, let your actions speak. You can post here until your fingers have blisters, but your casino will be judged by it's actions. It really is that simple.

BTW, RTG casino PR types have been coming here for years. The only RTG casino that hasn't fallen flat on it's face it INet. Frankly, I'm guessing it's only a matter of time before your casino screws things up. But I'd be happy if you prove me wrong.

Hey John...

You took a P.R. job with connectocasino knowing full well the reputation and background RTG casinos have.

GambleGirl has been around awhile, as have most others in these forums, so for you to pop in here and expound the irtues of the casino you represent, is kinda like pissing on someones leg, and telling them it's raining out.

RTG casino's have a "foul stench" of a reputation. The Bozo that runs the company, Michael Staw, has shown little to no compassion or interest to players screwed over the numerous times RTG casinos have been the subject of player complaints.

Only time will tell if "yours" is any better, or has any more integrity, than 90% of the previous RTG casinos that opened and promoted themselves as "Honest, fast paying, player friendly", and on & on & on.... and came up "lame" when it was time to "Put your money where your mouth is".

So John, don't come in here and ru...

Mr J,

I believe there IS a difference between a "bonus lover" and a "bonus hunter" I could go into the technical details but I don't know why I get the feeling that I'm preaching to the choir and that you know all too well what I'm talking about.

Gamblegirl,

"Trust is the single most aluable commodity an online casino can engender and so far your casino has failed miserably."

We are YET to enforce THIS particular clause at our casino. I pray it will be deterrent enough and we will never have to enforce it against any player.

I have been on this board for 2 days now answering queries and I'm YET to see a VALID complaint against our company by a player.

There is not 1. Only rhetoric from a bonus abuser and from 2 players that have not complied with the terms and conditions clearly mentioned on the website and yet insist that they want withdrawals.

Connectocasino, the 250% offer is contradictory. You say it's for bonus "lovers" (hunters), yet in the bonus policy you make it ery clear that bonus hunters aren't welcome.

"Bonus Abuse

Our promotions are designed for genuine players who understand the spirit of fair gaming and not for bonus hunting groups or players who use (read ABUSE) pre-determined systems to purposely make the minimum wagering requirements and attempt to defraud the casino.

Promotions & winnings may be deemed oid for such individuals at any time"

"In simple terms, bonus hunters will be hunted down"

AND

In the event that any rules mentioned on the "Promotions" page contradict the rules mentioned here then the promotions page rules will supercede over the rules here.

So which is it, are bonus hunters allowed to play the 250% deal or not? If not, that's false advertising...

The point is -and I'm baffled that I even have to state this for you- is that your casino has set up an antagonistic stance, a modus operandi, which irritates players. There is no "overzealous" webmaster.

Jetset,

I was hired to make sure this sort of thing doesn't happen again. I know. This was stupid on the webmaster's part. That's what happens when webmasters decide to add their own twist to the copy. Rest assured, this sort of thing won't be happening again.

ridiculous.
obvious they have no respect for players.

i remember reading their website when they had something along the lines of "we have no problem with people who play with our bonuses that WE GIVE THEM and win. That's why we give bonuses!"

and now it talks about hunting down bonus hunters and calls players w h o r e s.

I was going to say "unbelievable!" but just goes to show how low the industry can go!

They name their players bonus @#%& ?
Although their 200% sticky bonus is profitable with 30x WR, I will NOT lower myself to @#%& just for a few bucks. BTW, 100x WR to cash out the bonus is insane.
edit: the santa is a copy/past from somewhere else. No biggie, but it's funny to see the same santa in MSN home page.
