Racetrack is the same group with cityclub casino. And english harbour is not exactly the same thing as oddson, they are just the main casino with that software.
The English Harbour Group of casinos has allways processed my cashins quite timeously, when they used to be microgaming, and now with oddson software.
Oddsons scandall with fortuplus casino sure doesnt make good reputation for the software, that is true.
If i remember correctly i was asking the owner of fortypluscasino, right here on winneronline, that how can they offer 100% bonuses every week to players with 15x-20x deposit and bonus playtrough. Seems they couldnt ....

After all I have an update on this matter here...
More or less accidently I got into a conversation with "Harvey", the new manager of Royal Dice. This Casino is now part of the Swiss, Casino King & Casino Las Vegas group and apparently has nothing to so with the old owners anymore.
Harvey gave me an excuse for the rude behavior of his ancestor(s) and promised me that this would have never happened under his management. I accepted his apology as I do not see any reason to blame him.
The unbelievable accusations, offences and threads came from a person by the name of "Benjamin Anderson", who called himself the "marketing manager" of Royal Dice at that time (just a few weeks back).
If this name ever comes around again in Online Gambling business again be alert!
-If you give him the chance he probably will screw you!!!
...What a sad story this was...

Edit: Yes, Jetset put out a caution about Vegas Red in the No 24th edition of Infopowa. Casino Las Vegas, Kiwi to follow?

I was excited to see this issue mentioned in the InfoPowa newsletter recently, the morons from Royal Dice have really earned this negative publicity!
As per date I have not received a single friendly word from them, nor an excuse, or the $40 that still were sitting in my account.
I am not expecting anything from Royal Dice anymore but I am quite sure that they have paid their price by now.

It's a bit of a bug in the current ersion of the software.
I've got the boards set up so that attachments need to approved before they appear. The software is supposed to put in a temporary "waiting" tag where the attachment will appear once it's approved but it doesn't work right in this ersion.
The developers tell me that it's fixed for the next ersion which we expect to see in the next few weeks ... or so.

Seems Playtech has some serious software problems which they never address when brought to their attention. This screenshot was from USA Casino's "live" bac tables. I've sent it to them when it happened and followed up on 2 occassions and no comment from them.
Is it "live" or is it memorex ? Look at the live dealer s the result just below it.

Not that I doubt your story, but these stories have more legitimacy (and hence do more damage to the casino) when players back up their claims with screenshots and logs. With the new boards it is easy to post an image. So I would suggest (and like to see) you post the screenshot and the corresponding erroneous game log.
How much was the roulette win that you were balked out of? (you said $40, was this the amount of your would be win or the amount in your acct?) Most certainly a bug over intentional stealing, as unless it was a large amount I doubt they would even bother. Playtech software is generally pretty sophisticated, so such a bug is surprising, although not impossible I guess.

I am now locked out of their Casino but have not gotten any further explanation.
I am still expecting an excuse from them and last but not least, to get me off that blacklist!!!

Obviously Mr. Paranoid Dumbass casino manager thought Shanky was trying to fake a screenshot to claim an illigitimate win - sublimely oblivious to the fact that his bet was neither 13 nor 27. Rather than thanking him for pointing out a "bug" (read: bullsh*t Playtech rigging gone a bit ****eyed), they locked him out. Probably he'll end up being locked out of other Playtechs now - which is certainly to his advantage.
First rule of online casino managership: before indulging in any work-related activity, perform a self-lobotomy.

Obviously the casino didn't check to see if it affected his bets - it didn't. So they really ought to unlock his account and allow him to continue play - and in my opinion, with compensation for the inconvenience and as thanks for reporting the bug.

Today I played a couple spins on Roulette at their Casino when an error occured: The ball isibly landed on the 13 but the software claimed it to be on the 27, which is right next to it on the wheel.
I took a screenshot of the scenario, sent it in to their CS and got a really upseting reply, saying that they will now report me "to all Playtech and watchdog sites tomorrow" for trying to "scam" a Casino!!!
I do not quite know the outcome yet but if they do blacklist me for NO reason I can promise them to be in trouble!
Saying, "the picture would be fake" and calling me "ridiculous" is a total impudence. No matter if it hit the 13 or 27 it would not have influenced my outcome by the way, just to support my position.
I will keep you updated about this Royal Dice -scam- here...
