- Bingocard has adjusted my balance to 0.00.
- My account has been locked.
- I have not received my deposit or winnings yet. I don´t know if that is good or bad. I still hope Bingocard turns around and pay me all my $655 winnings.

One has to wonder what DCEG-Parley Entertainment have to say about the software malfunctioning so we've asked them. Let's see what Scott White and his team think about this posting by Bingocard (and I've taken a copy btw in case there are any sudden edits)

Whether the Danes were excluded or not when the complainant signed up should be easy enough to erify on wayback.

Not too surprisingly perhaps the same excluded countries are found at Bingo Knights, lo and behold in the same order. Bingo Knights is run by Virtual Casino. The difference being that one allows NETeller and Western Union deposits (which cannot be charged back) for otherwise prohibited jurisdictions and the other does not--or at least not in the last 24hrs or so.

Jyde is entirely correct about IP addesses. The first check is the country of origin and takes about a nanosecond.

Didn't the country he picked give you a hint? Or was it to complicated for your software to translate "Denmark" into "Denmark"? Btw. nothings easier than identifying what country an IP belongs to.

Your terms were changed after the player signed up. Your ****ty software allowed the player to sign up. You gave him a bonus - he played and won.

Now you start whining about Danes and bugs in the "shuffling database". Yeah - blame the player. Most sites would have done so in a similar situation

Please note that our software credits the bonus automatically at the fist deposit level which is 100% sign up. He signed up and got the bonus automatically. The player did not read the rules about the list of countries we banned nor can the software identify the IP address to see what country they are logging in from.

We are a brand new and exciting site with a $1.000.000.00 Bingo game at the end of the year. We are not associated wiht any other sites and have no association to RTG.

To clarify the issue with the live help conversation with Rich, we had a major bug in the shuffling database in Video Poker. It caused for the machine to deal an extra card to the player thus allowing for exagerated winnings.

We made a management decision and contrary to what our software provider told us, we decided to pay all winnings. How is that for an honest site. We paid over $36.000.00 in fradulent winnings from bad machines.

Max, I don't think it justifies the pulling of the thread. If Henrika had not brought the case on the board, then there would have been a good probability that the site owners would have ignored her altogether. She just deleted the thread because that was a condition on the agreement she reached but other users have a right to know what is going on. Anyway, at least we know her complaint was dealt with satisfactory even though with the help of the boards.

www.bingocard.com. It has Flash technology casino games too.

We've been in contact with them asking for a comment regarding this matter and information on their software provider and licensing. No answer yet. The site blurb refers to it as a "family business" run by "James and Rose"

I was just on the live chat opn the website and the person didn't know anything about danish players being disallowed. Maybe you should try speaking to rich now. Something interesting came up though:

This site probably doesn't expect winners. They expect people to play bingo or be bad at the casino games. Anyway, it looks like they want to defraud you of the money and all you can do is warn others about it. They will certainly be blacklisted if what you say is true and they don't pay you.

I have agreed with the site to delete my posting.

They have done nothing to clear this up so there is the posting.:

I have a lot of truble getting my $405 winnnigs from www.bingocard.com.

I have played there 100% sign up bonus and got a 250$ bonus on a 250$ NETeller deposit. Then I wagered 3680$ on BJ and the wagering requirement are 3500$.

Then I cashout my balance 655$.

Now the truble starts. They refuse to pay me because they said that I have not fullfill the wageing requirement and that they do not alove players from Denmark.

Both reasons are wrong:

A) I have fullfill the 7 times deposit+bonus wagering requirement. I have in fact wagered $180 more. (I have a screendump when there live support confirmed that I have fúllfill the wagering requirement.


B) When I signed up players from Denmark was aloved to play if they deposit with Western Union or NETeller (I have a screendump on that to) and I did deposit with NETe...
