I already got sent 2 new 100% purchase match promotions, so I enquired now before depositing there.
The answer was that I still have over 11k of WR to fulfill, so I don't know why I finally got my cashout last time. Obviously they still have the same policy.

I really don't think that the policy of the Casino Rewards group is to carry over wagering requirements, at least I have never run into this problem. The only downfall I have ever occurred at this group is after about a year of inactivity in my accounts with them they would not let me redeem a bonus from another one of their casinos. This decision I was not to upset about though since really I had only ever played bonuses with them and if I were running that group would have cut me off too. My account was not locked and my payment was honored so all in all I dont think thats a big deal, and all in all I beleive Casino Rewards is a ery good group.

Am I the only one with this problem? Or is no one promoting/playing Casinorewards (Blackjack Ballroom, Golden Tiger, Lucky Emperor) etc. anymore?
I always thought that you can be sure to get paid with all MGs. I think this is the only MG group applying new WR terms retroactively, and probably the only casino at all which is appling new WR terms to bonuses where you already got paid! This sure isn't their right, or is it?

Hi!
There already was this issue mentioned some months ago, but me and probably several other players were paid by Casinorewards after some mediatiors worked on resolving this, so I thought this issue with Casinorewards was solved.
However, in December I received a $50 match bonus offer. I deposited $50, got $50 bonus and wagered more than $1500 (15xd+b). I got offered another $50 match the week after this, deposited again but got no bonus - they claimed it was the same offer and I should only receive one bonus. However, this is not the main point.
The main point is that my cashin was reversed and Customer Support told me that the WR was not met - when I told them I wagered over $1500 and cashed out without problems before, they told me I still have to wager $11857 from my FIRST deposit bonus.
I claimed the 400 bonus for 1000 deposit back in August, when it was still 5xd+b, played and cashed out when it was 5xd+b. Now they want me to make up the difference in ... | | Read Entire Entry |
