I had a problem with my withdrawal where they miscalculated my wagering requirement for the initial bonus. They reversed my withdrawal back to my casino account and emailed explaining the situation. I emailed back explaining their error, and within the hour they emailed back with an apology and also stating I can withdraw the funds again. I made the withdrawal and the money was in my Neteller account 11 minutes later.
Hopefully this type of service will be the norm.

Is Giant a "sister" to Selective?
Why is Giant using different software? Or is Selective a Gambling Federation "white label" site?
What is the relationship between Giant, Kiss, and the-third-casino-whose-name-I-forget?

Listen gang, I know most of you can behave like decent folk if you try. So let's give it a go shall we?
FYI, I've contacted Mr. Manager and informed him that a post and a bad attitude will get him a kick in the arse. The same goes for the rest of you. You can say what you need to say without rubbish like "retard" and so on. This isn't a schoolyard and I'm assuming we're all adults here so let's try and remember that when we're thinking of burning off a nasty reply to so-and-so.

I got paid by Giant Vegas in full today. I didn't find the process too unbearable. They just need to inform their support a bit more, as they're a new casino. I didn't have to provide the last 4 of my SSN as I simply completed the faxback.

First of all, what selectmanager1 posted has nothing to do with giant egas.
Secondly, his words are highly offensive. With his limited credential (he doesn't even bother to mention which casino he promots), I don't think any of his words should be taken seriously.
Get a life and go somewhere else please. This is the place casual players, serious casino managers and portal owners can exchange informations. We all hate scammers, be it players or casino operators. We don't need you to remind us how bad they are.
Back to the topic of this thread. I am paid in full by giant egas today. Bottom line, they will give you a run around but they do pay.

wow, this thread took a turn for the worse didn't it.
Selective Casino if you are trying to make yourself look extremely unprofessional, rude, and I've got to say it - childish, you are succeeding ery well.
Back to Giant Vegas - looks like they are having some serious money issues if they are putting everyone through all these hoops to pay winners.

Whoa!! Aren't we the professional casino manager!! See what I mean. Enuf said....
and btw, No, I dont go after the 10.00 freebies. I'd rather play with NO bonus then go through crazy playthrough crap....
I was under another name before this and forgot my password if it's any of your business. You tell ME to get a life with 149 posts and Caruso to get one with over 1500?? LOL Caruso will wipe your casino with his butt when he reads this...You shouldn't even be welcomed here with an attitude like that. Now, I remember when you were new and spammed all the boards and what a jerk you were back then!
Who the heck would play at a casino with such a hostile manager. YOU are the one that needs to get a life and start acting more professional, not me.
I'm the potential player..

FIRST OF ALL SCAMMERS GF?
Gee Whiz. it seems we have paid out a few million dollars to lucky winners, please if you see this support us!
Second of all, I really take offense to the word scammer, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN GF BE ACCUSED OF THIS!!!!!!!
Lately it seems according to our casino stats, we have actuallly paid out MORE than we have taken in the last month........I am so sorry for the person who wishes to slam GF..I guess you lost honestly, and of course, now you wish to slam us, ...what else is new?
If you go to MR Chips, well I wonder why he seems to applaud us as well as many other forums.
Really, I wish to speak on behalf of all online casinos...if you win, thanks for spreading the news as you have..and again , I thank you, but if you did not win $$..why do you have to slam us?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
This is something that we as online casino operators are getting a little tired of.

They have also been giving me the runaround for a week. It clearly states on their website that if your deposits are with Neteller then you can enter the last 4 digits of your SS # (which is indeed a bit scary in itself) to avoid the baloney of faxbacks, licenses, etc. so against my better judgement I did it. They then requested the forms and things anyway so I sent my license and filled out faxback and then today they had the nerve to deny my cashin from last week and put it back into my account. They then had the nerve to request a utility bill. Hahaha !
One more note... the faxback they sent me said BetMax on the top and the dreaded Palace of Chance Casino in the fine print. Hmmm?

I just got an email from them. They want the last 4 digits of my SSN in order to process my cashin. I had no choice but to comply. Notice that I have already sent my ID and utility bill to them and they still want my SSN.
What if I am not living in US? What if they use this piece of information to steal my identity?
If I know they want my SSN in advance, I won't even bother to try their casino. If you don't like to share your SSN with anyone (especially on line casinos!), I'd suggest you avoid all this group.

Are you sure that each casino has it's own software running on its own server (unless you are just referring to the backend support software) ? I think they (at least major brand) use centralized gaming servers. Many times, when one Microgaming casino is down all of them are down. This would avoid the actual software being in the hands of each individual thief, er, casino for just the reason you say. Also, if they all had their own on-site servers I'm sure by now some ofthe software would have leaked out so people could reverse-engineer it and see if it's really cheating. Besides, where would all these folks get their own individual x-ray celsium based atomic zenium processer radiation based random number generators? Something tells me they rent server space on a centralized server somewhere.

Does anyone else find it erie that they are trying for some reason to hide who this casino is linked too. From what I've seen, Vegas Magic and Kiss Casino are both fairly reputable, why is it so important for them to try to conceal it if they are run by the same people? Just doesn't sit right, I mean, why not be straightforward with players about this, what do they have to hide? There is obviously some type of connection.

I believe you... I just called their toll free number with a question and the guy answered the phone "Vegas Magic Casino". I said I was calling for Giant Vegas and asked if I had the correct number. He got defensive and said that the wires must have been crossed because they share a call center and he'd transfer me right away. Weird. Is Kiss and this group related? Obviously Vegas Magic is somehow involved. Why are they trying to say they're independant?

I also won quite a bit ($300+) on top of their sign up bonus. I'll sign and fax back the form along with my ID tomorrow.
Royal is not that a big deal with 100 hands poker as it pay less than a pat full house. Still it's nice to see them. I got a total of 5 royal (3 in one hand), 1 pat full house along the way this time.
