Whoa, I haven't been playing online for ery long, but even I know better then to play at a casino that has a relationship with this Warren Cloud guy. From what I have read he is single handedly the biggest cancer to this industry and as Rainfall said you may get paid for a while but eventually he will rip you off.
BTW, why did Katrin delete all her posts? Is that somewhat suspicious to anyone else?

While you may get paid, you are a flat out fool for playing at a place that is a known regular stiff joint.

My friend played at casino heat and casino extreme. He won about 1K including the two sign up bonus and got his money without a problem 10 days later, this was about a week ago. Still, it sounds like you have to get lucky to win and then lucky to get paid as I hear a lot of complaints about people not getting paid who use bonuses. My same friend played at Lucky Coin and Lucky Pyrimid and got paid also using the bonus. Probably the same deal, he got lucky and then got lucky again by getting paid without a problem. Next he will probably move on to High Rollers Lounge and if he can get paid there, he will for sure win the lottary next.

true. i think some online casinos, especially those that have a shaky history like Royal Casino, have no problem treating slots players different from say, Blackjack players. While this makes some sense, Royal Casino groups behavior in the past has bordered on the criminal and definately rogueish. That ain't right..!

I have been a member of the royal casino group for about 2 years and have never EVER had problems cashing out winnings, bonus or no bonus. I find them to be fair gaming, fair payouts, great promotions and extremely pleasant staff. All in all, my favourite place to gamble other than Las Vegas!
I can only judge from my experience and I intend to keep on playing there happily!
I suggest that those of you who have had problems, try to resolve them by takling to them. They are all ery nice.
They say they have changed ownership...so why not give them a chance ??
