Neteller is the best method right now if you're in the US or Canada. Someone else may be able to answer differently if you're located elsewhere.

How long has it been since you withdrew? most casinos take at least 7 days to pay back to FirePay because FirePay sucks.

Speaking from statistically insignificant but painful experience, my answer is: if you find a game that's too good to be true, that's probably what it is.

Hello.

I ran a simulation of their Atlantic City game with 50% pen and a 1-8 bet spread which is, admittedly, much less than the 1-250 spread you propose, but the counter's overall edge was a miniscule 0.0266%, even when leaving the table at a true count of -1.
From a risk point of iew, the expected win for 100,000 hands of play was 32.01 units with a standard deviation of 482 units.
What this means is that one could play 100,000 hands, betting $5-$40 per hand (the average bet would be $6.02)in an effort to make $160, but a 2SD event could result in a loss of $4820.

The ariation for a 1-250 spread would be breathtaking but an educated guess tells me the player's advantage would still be under 0.50%. Hardly worth the effort and risk, in my not-so-humble opinion.

Hmm...

I've seen no proof anywhere that BJ at GPC is rigged or biased, but this lack of response concerns me a little. After all, since it's more or less a mathematical certainty (assuming a fair game) that with a large enough bet spread, you'll be able to gain a long-term advantage at GPC Atlantic City BJ(more so than the single-deck BJ game at Boss Media), why haven't more people tried it? I'd try it myself but I'm not ready for a rollercoaster ride in my not-so-hefty bankroll.

Since the bet limit is $1-$50 per hand and you can play up to 5 hands at a time, your bet spread can theoretically be from $1 to $250. With that big of a bet spread, you should be able to make a profit notwithstanding the 50% penetration. Granted the ariance would be mindboggling.

**Correction: $1-$55 per hand. Oops.

Hello.

Has anyone adhered to a consistent counting strategy at Global Player Casino BJ and won in the long term? I'm talking about the 6-deck, Atlantic City rule, supposedly with around 50% penetration.

Thanks for the replies. Tester, What about the 4OAK occurence. Any idea on the probability of that?

Is Global Player analyzed by a third party? Anyone know? I couldn't find anything on their website.

1) 4 BJ in a row is about 1/160,000. Multiply by the number of hands you played, and the number of players looking for such patterns, and the number of other patterns youy may look for, etc. yiou will have nothing significant.

2) 7 BJ out of 10 is 1/20,000,000. But that is a more subtle pattern, so you have to multiply it in a much higher number given the large number of subtle "interesting patterns"

My feeling is that neither is evidence to something, nor something I would worry about, personally.

But! the main issue is that the SOFTWARE COMPANIES should PROVE thier software is random, and not the players should prove rigging. And we players must make a strong stress of the casinos and the software providers to provide us with third party erification.

I'll give up the 4 BJ's in a row against for the 3 pat 4oaks in 135 hands anyday

On a serious not I have no clue what the odds are.
Recently playing at an OddsOn casino dealer had 7 BJ's in a span of 10 hands. On the other 3 hands I twice had BJ. Thats 9 out of 10 hands with a BJ, go figure.

What do you think the odds are of getting dealt a royal? In sequence? I have had back to back deuces there, what are the odds on that?

Point is, all this disussion on game fairness is useless. Play and track 15 million hands, then you can be 95% sure.

The only way to assure fairness is for the software co to take the necessary action. Third party monitoring. It is done at Lassiters.

Btw, if GP was gaffing their games, I highly doubt they would have found it necessary to down grade the VP schedules to the levels they are at now. The same goes for RTG and a few others.

Alright, I want to know everyone elses experience here. I have played here for a while and find it hard to believe that this place is random. I see the same stuff all of the time. But here are a few things that have happened over the last few days.

I was playing the gamemaster tournament, dealer got 4 Blackjacks in a row. Can anyone tell me the chances on this.

Last night I was playing some .10 Double double bonus....in 135 hands I drew 3, 4OAK's on the first draw. I think the chances on drawing a pat 4OAK is somewhere around 1 in 4000 so what is the chance I would do this in this time frame.

Let me know what you think.

If you really did do a search and couldn't find my name, you must have searched AOL and not this board. I'm not going to be dragged into your childish game. Have a nice life.

Maybe you have been called worse. I wouldn’t know about that. I did as you said. I did the search but could not find Poppa Terry anywhere else. I am curious though why you use a different name to spam here than the name used at Global Player?

Spam????? I've been called worse, but I think most of the people that read this board know that I'm not a spammer. I was sharing information about what I feel is a good site and only that. Now for some good reading, refer to other topics that I've posted here.

Hey Y'all,

I just couldn't stay away and have been playing at Global Player Casino. I want to give them a thumbs up for their tech support and their next day credit card cash outs. While I'm not really impressed with their software, the options with it are excellent. Their bonus was delivered within seconds of my first deposit and I was able to turn my $50 into a car payment and a trip to New Orleans.

Sure beats other casinos I've been to! <grins>
