Yes i have had the same problem with totalbet/ecash since the 23rd of September. Every time i call which has been at least 10 times, they tell me that
accounting will have to look into it and that someone will send an email. Only once have i recieved an email. I use ecash all the time with other crypto casinos & never had any problem. I wonder if i will ever see that money

There are plenty of ways the dealer in a land based casino could cheat, for example by removing 10s from the deck in blackjack, dealing seconds or shuffling the cards in a way that's advantageous to the casino. The dealer could press a button under the table to make the roulette ball stop on a particular number. These things would be even easier ia webcam, there could be a convenient break in the transmission for a fraction of a second to cover up the cheating.

Are there any live euro roulette dealers besides playtech?

Has anyone else had slow responses from intercasino?

Thanks for any advice!

Intercasino used to be (maybe 4 years ago) without a doubt the best casino with the best service around. I'm not sure what happened, but they have gone downhill. maybe they have gotten too big and can't handle all the inquiries, but who knows. the crypto software needs updating as well.

Good luck, though my prediction is that a CS rep will respond to your email with some sort of statement to the effect that your inquiry has been passed on, and that you should expect to hear back soon. It's fifty-fifty at best as to whether you'll then ever hear back.

I've been trying to get an issue resolved with Intercasino/ecash for several months, and have been told at least five times that it's been referred to "accounting," and that someone will get back to me "tomorrow." It has yet to actually happen. These guys pass the buck like nobody's business. The issue doesn't involve much money, so it's not a particularly big deal. More than anything, I keep at it to try to find out whether they can actually be forced, through sheer nagging, to actually deliver a substantive response to a simple question. So far, it doesn't look good. I find ecash's customer service to be laughable (particularly in comparison to that of several others, like iNetBet and 32Red).

well at least give them 24 hours. I did hit 5 of a kind on joker poker last year for $1000 and they paid the next day. But don't expect ryan to show up on here if there is an issue in their disfavor.
