It gets worse, after finally giving up the ghost, I went through Victor Chandler Live chat as they share the same poker platform.
Got an email within an hour from Golden Palace that my cheque was returned not delivered!!!!
It is a good try, only problem being that I have never failed to have a note from our postal service if we miss a delivery. The Isle of Man being ery small, it has an extremly efficient service.
Furthermore, this usually only applies to my parcel deliveries, as I work night shift and am still up sending the kids to school at letter delivery time of 8.30 - 9.15am.
So nice bluff Golden Palace, but picked on the wrong client.
I always thought it was late bill payers who claimed "it's in/lost in the post" not allegedly large and reputable companies.
I will never recommend them to anyone ever.

Hi all
My first posting although I've been isiting this board for a short while and am new to on line casinos.
I made a deposit with neteller at Golden palace and requested the sign up bonus which didn't arrive so I checked out this board to see if anyone had a problem with GPC (should have done this before depositing!) on reading the problems you folks have had I decided to withdraw my cash without placing a bet.
Of course they demanded ID which I sent, and to which they replied it was incomplete as my photo ID does not have my DOB, this is a problem as I don't possess a photo ID with my DOB or current passport, if they are going to demand all this paperwork surely they should make it a requirement on signing up ie if you don't have it you can't register!
I've emailed them to inform them I don't have what they want and await their reply, I cannot believe the bodies which license these outfits can allow this sort of crap to go on.

It's common situation at many PlayTechs, they always hold the payments as long as it possible.
I just suggest to try new William Hill software. Former Cryptologic, it now conjucted with Bossmedia. The big thing is that they now paid on Your Visa any amount not limited to the original deposits, and no PIN codes by mails and other tricks. My cash-ins always be back on Visa within 3 days! Unfortunately I have had the same, 'we cannot see the address on your utility bill' stalling emails too, and this was only to close my account with the excess that could not be refunded to my card - $16!!!!!
The reason i closed my account - crap customer service, I can easily play elsewhere Golden Palace!!!
Still waiting on payment since I stated this process in late October

I was just about to download Golden Palace casino when I came upon this thread. Thank you winneronline, you probably just saved me a big pain in the assss. I'm just guessing here, but Golden Palace has caused problems for a lot other people, or is this an isolated event?

I hope they work on it too, although I will never play there again I feel for other players who may not be aware of their BS ways. What I dont understand is that if they treat players like they treated me, how do they expect players to come back? You would have to be crazy to go back to them with all the decent casinos out there that will treat their players with a degree of respect.

No prob wacky1, I hope that they can change their ways with this slow first payment process. I sent a lengthy email referring to this issue and I hope they respond with an inprovement in this part of their operation. Only time will tell.

I dont know what you say to these people cause no matter how nice or diplomatic I am to their support I get nowhere. Either way thanks buddy, I'll make sure to check out your site, nice to know someone is looking out for us lowly players. I doubt I would have ever recieved payments from these clowns if you hadnt have interjected, but now its over and I know to stick with micro casinos cause from reading the stuff in these forums there doesnt seem to be ery many decent playtechs in this business. Hey guru, I might have to ask for your help again. At the same time I signed up and played Grandonline, I also signed up and deposited at Aspinalls (before I knew their ways of delaying payments at all costs) Amazingly enough I cashed out at Aspinalls about a week and a half ago, sent in my ID right after the cashin, and still have not been paid. WTF is wrong with these guys, if my ID was fine to cashin at GrandOnline, for one, why do they even ask for ID again, and two, you think this payment would be a lot faster since I've already been through 1 debacle with them.
These guys are simple unbeleivable!! I guess they dont want players to come back after their first experience with them, or at least one would assume that, being that they pay sooo slow and offer such terrible CS.

Only on progressive slot when the jack pot is huge. Other than that there is no advantage to gain while playing slots.

Stick to land based casinos and you won't have these problems. Online casinos need your money to pay the portal owners. That's where much of their money goes. Portal owner are paid first, ignorant slot morons are paid second, and bonus hunters are paid last, if ever.

Strange they asked me to send the ID again for the same reason; that they could not see it properly. Instead of bothering with emails I just went to live help and resolved it there and then. Re-sent the part they could not see and got paid shortly after. After that never had any problem cashing out of any GP casinos.

However, my second cashin was processed in 2 days. I guess once you are cleared, you will be paid quickly.

Lately, things seem not too great with that group. I personally have experienced dragged on payments with perfect scans of my ID and utility bills.

I recently signed up at Grand Online Casino, a sister site of Golden Palace. I played their sign up bonus and finished the wagering requirements with a nice profit.
I cashed out and was asked for ID including a drivers liscence and 2 utility bills. I sent a clear scan of my drivers liscence, a bank statement and a phone bill. I recieved no response after that for about a week after I sent my ID so I decided to contact their support. I was told that the phone bill I sent didnt clearly show my address and to send another one which I did that day. I then was not contacted again for about another week, so I again contacted their support and they told me to resend my ID again, which I did, and then was told my cashin would be processed the next day.
