I thought it was unacceptable that they wouldn't pay through Neteller but they wouldn't do it. Didn't want to contact them until they had paid me. I don't actually care if I see the other $50, I just don't other people making the mistake of depositing there and want Del Rio to pay for their actions.

Whilst I sympathise with your situation, you did agree this settlement which David mediated, and the time to ask for an explanation on the short payment would have been right then.
Put this one down to experience, and deny this operation your business in the future.

I've emailed them and am awaiting a reply. I did agree on the settlement, David said they wouldn't offer any more. It's better than nothing, and at least I'm half way there. They still owe $50.50 and that will never change.
Now if I had abused them in any way, they'd state what I did wrong (I'm sure they'd be happy to post it all over the web). They would also not have paid me a single cent. By paying a portion of what was owed, they are acknowledging that they do owe me money. I believe they really do want to put this issue behind them, but partial payment is not the answer.

Did you agree the settlement, specifically the amount?
Did they not explain then? If not, then this is a helluva way to do business - sorting out a complaint and shorting the client....great way to negate any good that might flow from it.

Today I received a payment of $60 from Casino Del Rio. Note that they owed me $110.50.
I greatly appreciate Davids efforts, as I wouldn't have anything if it weren't for him. He resolved the issue ery quickly and am pleased with his results.
As for Del Rio, their attitude and actions are quite appauling. They still owe me $50.50 (which obviously I'll never see, again thanks to David for managing to get some of what was owed). I'm actually surprised I got anything from them at all. I don't think they've learnt from their mistake at all, if they had they would have paid all players, and in full. BTW, I wagered over 150% more than needed, and risked my own money (from a $100 deposit I went down to the 20's at one stage). The bonus also requires you to risk your own money before receiving the bonus. I didn't iolate the T&Cs in anyway, and therefore did not abuse the bonus. This is just an excuse not to pay a winner.

They have paid at least one player that had winnings and bonus confiscated, but they are still shafting me:

The manager never got back to me when I last emailed a week ago. I emailed support 2-3 days ago and I doubt the manager ever even read that email. I would avoid this Del Rio and any other casino belonging to this group. If they aren't prepared to right all of their wrongs they don't deserve to be in business. Management at Del Rio, you should be ashamed.
