The entire group is scum. Just scum that can be milked for solid $$ on the rare occasion when you gamble with being paid. With instant payments it's not much of a gamble.

I agree! Why is this accepted? I highly doubt I'll be able to get help about this. I got no explanation whatsoever and "Jared" was cold and unhelpful. Avoid this group like the plague. They'll pay you a few times to gain your trust before stealing your money.

That's exactly what I experienced. "Your withdraw will be processed on Next Wednesday".
Every week they'd make up some other reason not to pay, then they can delay another week hoping I'll loose all my money. Before I knew it, they had delayed my cashin for weeks. I had to keep pushing them in order to get my money.
Since you have fullfilled WR, they are not removing your bonus (there is no bonus whatsoever in your account), they are stealing your money! That's another roguish act.
I won't recommend anyone to this group.

The support at Ruby Dragon have been stalling me for weeks on a lousy $800 withdrawal ($250 deposit) and eventually got this wonderful email:

I actually managed a win of nearly $8000. I had withdrawn $5000 and left the rest behind to play around w/ a bit later. While I can understand them not wanting to deplete their neteller to pay this, I was kinda disappointed they insisted on paying ia overnight mail or bank wire. To avoid any further wait in the future, I simply withdrew it all. Will keep updated when payment is received.

This casino is really hit or miss. Either they call you a bonus hunter and steal all your money or you ARE a bonus hunter and you get paid in 5 minutes on a promotion like this. It's real genius the amount of money they bleed out only to lose it in bad revenue by stiffing people relatively insigificant amounts of money instead of paying them, taking away the bonus ONLY(usually a fair resolution) and banning them.

Arnet these casinos super rogue??? I didn't realize my fellow players have such short memories. I haven't been around long but have read many negative posts about extreme/heat, if that is true, new management or not, why not frequent casinos that you know you wont have problems at. I know of a couple RTG's that I full heartedley trust and these 2 definitely aren't in that group. I guess to each their own but I don't know why you would want to play somewhere that you are scared as to whether or not youll get paid good bonus or not. Just my opinion though.

I would also be interested in an updated iew- I used to play at Extreme constantly- was given many freebies won a lot of royals and always got paid . For some reason there joker poker worked for my style of play like no other RTG. If only I could get the same results on Inetbet!
I stopped playing at Extreme after the hassles other people were having as I was worried that the situation would change for me. I would, financially, love to go back there so any recent opinions would be appreciated. Perhaps I was on the "good" list.

But apparently they are under new management and I just tried them with a smaller deposit first.
Many Casinos have cleaned up their act with management changes and maybe this group is trying to do the same?
I may be wrong, future will tell...
If there are any complaints I sure would like to hear about them!
I am trying to just get an "updated" impression about this place.

How is it you were to deposit and why would you play at a place which has stolen money from you in the past? Seems like strange judgement to me.

They are baltant thieves as well as pretty much any other RTG'.
I was about to post a thread as well about my recent experience with them but did not because I do not want to waste my time for them. They have stolen a couple hundred from me as well and called me to be on a "negative list".
Anybody who deposits money here is insane.

Yep, many complaints even just recently. They do pay to SOME people.
I wouldnt recommend playing there. Its a high risk they wont pay.

Casino Heat, -Extreme and Ruby Dragon have a ery dark shadow because of major problems in the past. After they offered me a ery generous offer though I decided to give them another try, won some money and then... got paid to Neteller within a few minutes after contacting them.
This was almost unbelievable!
