I got caught on this at Twin Aces- They say I am not a new player (for the new players first time deposit bonuses) as I deposited quite often in its RTG form- however the support is insisting this promo is for current actives so not eligible- when I pointed out the phrase on the questionaire contradicted this they said the "OR" or being past depositer doen't matter you have to be current active. WHen I asked why it didn't say that support couldn't explain. I note the email also doesn't state the facts.
This one is an outright misleading- I also note that bonus hunter at discretion is not defined.
Also what constitutes current active- last week ,month, year- also not defined.

Well, the point here is that why ddin't they just send the promo to those active players only. And it says right there that it's for "all Players" it doesn't say "active players only".

Considering they were offering to pay you to answer questions about their service, it only makes sense that you're an active player. Faking answers for a freebie is just as deceptive, IMHO.

Why not save themselves the hassle and state u must be a depositing player and have played recently? I told them to close my account, if you're going to send out misleading promo's then I would never deposit or trust them. They can have it!

I received in email about free $20 to fill out survey. I did that and asked the support about my $20 but they won't give it to me because they said I'm not an active player. I've deposited there once. And I received the email and it didn't say in the email about being an active player to get the $20. What's up with that? This is what the email says:
