Thank you for offering to resolve the problem.
Actually, though, I followed a previous poster's advice and just played through the rest of the previously existing wagering requirement on blackjack at the minimum bet. I thought that it was rediculous for me to have to do that, but nevertheless I was able to do so and cash out w/o a problem - so no harm, no foul.
Maybe you should consider changing your policy so that you oid bonus wagering requirements if a player goes bust. Other reputable casinos such as Intercasino, William Hill, and Super Vegas all do this - and they even offer monthly bonuses to all players.

The website seems to be down most of the time. I think they are under some sort of Denial of Service attack. The bonus terms were probably 20x at the time for the 400% bonus. The extra wagering isn't too much. It does say in the terms that the bonus is deemed 'used' once the wagering requirements are met. I didn't know they carried the wagering requirements over though. Can anyone confirms this?

I think the wagering requirement was 20x d+b since it was a 400% bonus.

Many casinos also carry forward any wagering from bonuses that you've received in the past. I personally don't like the rule but usually it means you have to bet more conservatively. Still if you've managed to work your balance up to $2000, you could probably use their expert mode to play $2 BJ to fufil the rest of the wagering. I think that would be quite a safe way to ensure that you cash out most of your winnings.....i think its unlikely that you'll lose 1000 units in 1000 odd hands

About six months ago (I think sometime in August of last year) I deposited $50 at the Gaming Club for a $200 bonus. I bet big and lost the whole thing.
Just last month I decided to give it another try and played again. I deposited $500 and lost the whole thing.
This month I gave it another try and got my balance up to $2000 from a $500 deposit playing Baccarat. When I cashed in, I got an e-mail from them saying that my cashin had been denied. I wrote them and asked why and received the following e-mail:
"Thank you for emailing The Gaming Club.
"Kindly be advised that you received our $200 sign-up bonus for purchasing $50. According to the terms and conditions of this bonus, you are required to wager $5000 on any games other than Baccarat, Roulette, Craps and Sicbo, before you will be able to cash-in.
"According to our records, you have only wagered the amount of $2750 and will still be required to wager a further $2250 before you will b... | | Read Entire Entry |
