Sands and the whole peak entertainment group is quality. Your money is safe there. I can understand that a 21k$ win is something that will make you crap your pants when waiting for payment, but there are actually MANY good casinos out there that will pay these winnings.
Naturally there is also the downside, that there are some casinos, that wont pay any wins, or especially big wins.
Intercasino,inetbet,carsands,goldclub few good examples of quality casinos that do pay.
