It's not negativity, it's an indication of the facts. The fact is you are an affiliate. The fact is that Phonecian have good aff deals as I understand it - someone correct me if I'm wrong. The fact is an affiliate is bumping a thread she has a professional interest in, with the usual plethora of exclamation marks and general inexperienced aff hype.

First a note of thanks to the regular posters here. I would have NEVER tried out Phonecian without all of the positive experiences posted here. I had given up on RTG casinos, but was intrigued by the instant withdrawal feature.
I've now won three royals playing at RTG casinos, but I have played the least number of hands BY FAR on RTG software. Strikes me as pretty curious, but who's complaining?
Again, thanks to all of you here for steering me to Phonecian. My winnings were in my Netteller account within five minutes!
I strongly believe in yelling just as loud when things are right as you might when things are wrong. It's nice to go to a RTG powered casino without worrying whether I'll get paid.

I must say, just when I had lost all faith in online gaming, there is a breath of fresh air. I just got tired of all the rogues, who found reasons not to pay, changed rules retroactively, or otherwise slowed the process of getting one's money to a crawl. I got tired of stressing over it all. I email the support after I read Caps's post here. But they did NOT say anything about the disappear $200 but said the $375 is sticky bonus and can't be withdrawal. I know it's sticky bonus. My point is there are $200 missing after they do the manual withdrawal when they said I reach the Max $2500 withdrawal amount. The $200 didn't go to my Neteller account and didn't go back my casino account either.
AGAIN, I asked withdrawal $575 and the $375 (sticky bonus) return to my casino account and the $200 is in the air....
I think there are 2 request of same amount $575 and they probably confused about it, but it 2 different separate withdrawal. I know I am telling the truth and it's up to them to look into it or not.

Thanks for the feedback , it certainly assists us to develop our systems further. Unfortunately the implementation of the new instant payment system has not been perfect and we have had a few teething problems but we are getting there - the intention is certainly there !
95% of cases i believe it has worked as it should have but there are still a few minor probs we need to fix.

I can't speak to the alue of the bonus, as I never use them, here or anywhere else.
On the payout side, though, I will say this. After having a superior experience on Friday (described in an earlier post), I decided to play again on Saturday (Good Lord, is this an insidious ice . . .). Anyway, I had another decent win. When I tried to "instantly" withdraw through Neteller, though, nothing happened. I accessed Live Chat, and was told, initially, that my payout had not been processed because it exceeded the $2,500, 24-hour limit. This wasn't true. When I pointed this out, they then told me that they were having a problem with their payment processor, and that I should be paid within the hour. When I wasn't, I got back on, and was told that I should be paid within the half-hour. I wasn't, but decided to bag it and go to bed. I am not sure about this offer is great or not now. Out of couristy, I deposit $750, fullfill wager requirement, and try to instant withdrawal. Only $450 past to Neteller in 5 minutes. The $375 is sticky bonus and went back to my casino account. Good job on timing. But.....
Later, I excluded the bonus amount myself and tried to withdrawal at 2nd, 3rd, 4th... times and were all returned to my account again and again. I contact the Live chat and was suggested to try different amount and I tried 5th, 6th time with different numberand didn't work. So I tried to with the whole amount again. $475 and $575 and it works and the bonus $375 went back to casino account.

This is shocking. I played Phoenician for the first time this evening. I deposited $1,000 ia Neteller, electing not to take advantage of the first-time deposit bonus. I played my balance up to $2,000 relatively promptly, and decided to test this instant Neteller withdrawal business.
