Contact your credit card company and reverse the charges. This casino is notorious for dishonesty. The correspondence you have demonstrates that you were charged improperly and tried to resolve it with the merchant. The casino tries to stall you until it is too late to do a reversal, but your bank may do it anyway.

I sure hope this doesn't spread to the Netellers and PrePaidATMs of the world and the like (FirePay, PayPal, etc.) cause that is where almost all of us are still unerable. I notice that my bank statements show a different date for the withdrawal (FROM my account to the pay "service") than the actual day I actually authorized the payout/transfer. It looks like they (the bank? or the "service") just lumps together, in consequtive days, your payments for that month. [p]
F'instance, if I made $150 transfers on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th of the month, my statement may show them on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd (twice). There were some months that I can't belive I authorized so many money transfers, and it so hard to erify it cause of the dating thing. [p]
At this point, I cannot say that anything illegal has happened, but I sure would be interested if somebody finds that any of these money transfer services is clipping them.

This is really nasty!
I suggest you to change the account number as soon as possible before you get new charges. You can ask your bank to give you a new account number on the debit card.
You can still get your money after you change the ac number. It is ery likely they will keep doing that hoping you won't notice. Don't let them!

Ok, finally they replied after I sent an email to ask if they are either refunding my money or not, cause Im going to have my bank charge everything back. The rep was ery rude in replying especially after not replying to emails for 5 days.

The majority of players keep lousy records.
Many players won't even realize it when they've been fraudulently charged.
The best thing any player could do is to follow Jetset's advise listed above. PROPER RECORD KEEPING IS ESSENTIAL. If you can't do this, YOU SHOULDN'T BE GAMBLIBG ONLINE.

I completely understand your frustration if you have got multiple experiences like this, but please do not put all online casinos in the same bag.... There are some ery honest, although it is impossible to avoid a possible technical problem... nobody is perfect. If the casino handle the situation and is able to resolve your problem, it's that you can continue playing with.
So, please do not make this kind of judgement on an entire industry.
As for Roman Casino, I have got problems with them too. So I am not surprised of these problems some WO members encounter.
Hope your problem will be resolved soon.

Their live chat does not work now, I emailed them 5 times and getting no responses. I sent a dispute through IGC, Internet Commission. I have had it with this bullish. I just closed my Intercasino account and multiple accounts at all other casinos i was a member of. Im done with these casinos, they are all ultimately scum. Once all my neteller payments and stuff come out my bank account, I will close my bank account and open another bank account and start fresh with NO casinos having my banking info.
These carribean *******s think they can get away with: cheating, not paying players, and fraudulenty charging CC without authorization.

They also charged my Visa card 50. and did not respond to my emails until 2 days later.
I cancelled the Visa card and started the chargeback procedure when they finally did respond.
They credited back my card two days later.
I used to play them every month but stopped quite awhile ago because of their lack of financial ehicles and stingier bonuses.
At least they did the right thing here.

Contact your credit card company and request that they automatically decline any pending or future transactions from Roman Casino. Furthermore sign an affidavis and fill out the necessary paper work as to do a chargeback as to reverse the anauthorized charges.
You may feel that it's not worth the hassle for the 20 bucks... but not only do they lose that money but they get an additional fee for suffering from a chargeback. If everyone did this it would seriously hurt them.

There seems to be a fair amount of this unauthorised charging around at the moment - maybe it is because times are hard.
Whatever, it certainly suggests that players need to check their bank statements ery carefully as they come through.
Basic, it will be interesting to see if Roman Casino try to defend their activity here, as this is a surefire way to lose business.
And in the meantime I for one will watch for similar posts that might indicate a more widespread problem.

Roman Casino is not a ery safe place to play your money.
I issued there is some time (two months) a warning to *my* players concerning this casino in my newsletter. By the same way I have deleted their listing from my site.
And seriously, apart the X-rated ersion of the games, they don't offer ery good games... There is much better online casinos. I like their general concept but for all the rest... Is there any other casinos offering an X-rated ersion of their games ?

I noticed 2 debits from my Visa Check card of $20 each from ROMANSOFT LTD, I havent played at Roman Casino for over 1 year. I went to their live chat and talked to a rep, and they say its an error by their bank. I think it bullish, I think they are trying to scam former players because they are not doing to well with their casino. Just warning others, if you used to play there and used a Credit card or check card, make sure they arent scamming you either. I have the live chat but have to edit some personall acct info before I Post it here. The rep said they are refunding me and Ill see the money back next week. After asking many time as to how they could make an error like this, he would not give me an answer.
