I think that Desert Dollar is 15 times, I think that's a FL isn't it ?
As for Vegas Palms, I signed up for the first time on March 2nd, deposited $150 and got a $450 Bonus. I played through 10 times, did a partial cash-out. They deducted $248 bonus (not all) and are telling me that I should have played 20 times !!!! This is from their email.
********************************
I have looked through your account and looked at your query. The promtion running through March is called the March Madness. This allow a 300% offer on your first purchase, this is why you received the $450 bonus. The wagering requirements on this was wager your purchase + bonus 20 times before cashing in. This is why your bonus was forfeited. You wagered only 10 times. The terms and conditions for this promotion were on the website at the time the promotion was running

I can't see the relevance. I played after getting a new player email offering $... | | Read Entire Entry |

Surely an email asking for further wagering is better business sense than simoply subtracting some of a withdrawal? Where are FL now ? Please answer us.
Hi Rover,
I cannot find the 15X on the weekly promotions. They all look like 10X to me. FL has said that they have the same weekly policy at all the casinos they process for or own.
For the sign up at Fortune Room, it looks like 15X and the odd 20% rule. But at Vegas Palms, it looks like 10X. So as best I can tell the 15X is related to only some signups.

I am having problems with their retroactive applying of rules too. They insist that
it's in their T&C that rules at withdrawal applies. We r all supposed to b able to read the future?
FL seems to display a seesaw behaviour.A year ago they were bad payers, then good, and now bad again.
I wonder if the good period was just to get the ecogra seal.Hope it's revoked.

Is there a generally agreed way of handling this?
Thanks.
This is a case where it doesn't matter. ECOGRA requires clear bonus terms or did last I look. Retroactive bonus terms are rogue behavior. This isn't a grey area.
Whatever the terms are when you start are the terms when you finish.
Do the Bitch at Meister. Also there, is a thread asking FL to comment on a number of items over there now. I would cross post it there.
I am sorry you are having such trouble. I hope it is just customer service training issues. When FL starts enforcing retroactive terms, it will be about time to agree with those wierd Republicans who want to ban the whole thing.

You don't have to play under the new terms. It is totally ridiculous that they are still asking this (Fortune Lounge have already made it clear on Casinomeister that you won't have to play more than originally asked for in the terms). There is also confusion about the wagering requirements not carrying over any more when player's balances reach zero between promotions (some players have had to prove this themselves to get paid from the casino).
I suggest you just 'pitch a bitch' at Casinomeister. He must be used to dealing with complaints about them by now and they all get resolved. They have been advertisers there for ages. I've had problems myself at this group a couple of times and only Casinomeister managed t... | | Read Entire Entry |

This is the generally agreed way.
I think you should email them and make them correct their policy.

Sorry if this has been covered, but I have a question about changing terms retroactively. I signed up at Havana Club in early March and played about halfway through the requirements. The terms were changed in mid-March, so I e-mailed support and received the following reply:
"The Terms and Conditions for wagering have been updated since the 18th March. So if you were to cash in anytime after 18th March you would need to meet the new wagering requirements."
(This was after 18th March.)
I now must play roughly triple the old requirement, and because all my previous wagering was on Jacks or Better ideo poker, which is now restricted, I'm back to zero in terms of meeting the new requirement.
Some other Microgaming casinos include language in the T&C's that "wagering requirements apply according to the date you claim your bonus," but I don't see anything in the Fortune Lounge or Havana Club terms.

I still don't see where it says deposit PLUS bonus 10 times.
I think that this casino and most other online casinos make things confusing on purpose, they count on people misunderstanding their terms-and-conditions so they can make more money. Honestly, I mean a big company like this, they can't just reverse my cashout and give me an opportunity to play more?
What ever happened to trying to make the customer happy?

This seems like such a daily occurance whereby gamblers simply don't read or correctly understand the T & C's,I'm beginning to wonder why the casinos or sportsbooks don't spell it out more clearly before they issue these types of promos'.Certainly it would stop alot of the (I BEEN CHEATED) issues that we see every day.I will never be able to undersand why people invest money and not know the terms they're playing under, but then again I don't understand a lot of things people do.

Hi Churcho,
Was this a sign up? FL has confirmed that the 20% rule only applies to sign ups. They have also said the rules are consistent across all the casinos they own or process for.

Online gambling does require a bit of brain work and not really suited for most people who want to do some mindless gambling (go to a land casino for that). I need spreadsheets and lots of files to keep track of where I've played, who's paid me and who hasn't as well as a whole list of casino account login names. And then I spend hours just looking at terms and conditions for different casinos to find good offers. Its definitely a lot admin work and there are many pitfalls for the many new players who have just started to dabble in online gambling.

I make 400+180*10 to be 5800, not 2100.

Fortune lounge steals money, or at least they do now. I recently played at Havana Club and did not notice that they changed their terms. So thinking that I could satisify the wagering requirements with black jack I played on and finished. Then I get an email saying that only 20% of play on bj will count so they removed the bonus from my withdrawl and would not let me play with the bonus, they kept/stole it. Looks like they are going rouge by not leting me play the bonus not to mention these "run away quick" new terms.
