My recent Playtech experience
Played at ClubDice and Casino Tropez recently. Won both (about 200$ each). Was paid in both cases.Aspinalls though is more problematic. Still ask me for more and more docs to be sent (and i have sent 4 different docs already). That all is about 100$ in winnings.
Later ,tried to register at Carnival- no chance. Probably, because of my luck at above mentioned casinos.
Greedy Playtech.

As far as I know:
(1) Your winning and bonus will be oid. You really should stick to it and keep playing until you finish your wager requirement.
(2) You will get nothing. Your best bet is to bet big and shoot for the moon, hoping to win big or go bust trying.
I still think it's a generous bonus as long as they pay. I don't have any recent experience though.

Reading the requirements on their pages today, I read these remarkeble lines:
-The bonus credits are for wagering purpose only, and you may not cash out the bonus.
-If you withdraw before wagering the minimum required, your bonus and winnings will be oid.

The requirements are getting more complicated by the day! Is there anybody who can advise these casino's how to act fairly so both casino and player will have a fair change to win?

This casino group is going to be blacklisted on my site (even if/when they resolve my situation). They fraudulanty made my whole balance uncashable when only part of it is a bonus. Wizard of Odds seems to think this is some sort of misunderstanding and has put Club Dice back up on his site.
Club Dice have not explained any of this to me in all these months I've had the balance at the casino of which I can't cash out any part (I've wagered more than the required amount). They repeatedly told me I would get a response from the 'finance department' which I never have.
This was the first Playtech casino.

Obviously I can do that. In fact I did at Carnival where I lost a few bucks. I did it because I'd probably be in my grave before they put the lousy $10 they owe me back into my account. What bothers me is I have little doubt that is exactly what they wanted to happen. If they WANTED to refund my losses as promised they could have done it in a matter of minutes. They chose however to drag it out (so far) for a week and probably never intended to return it in the first place. The point is I wagered my required "pre-bonus" $1000 & risked my funds with the intent of getting the bonus that was never given to me with no reason given. It's a hellava way to run a business. Lies and obfuscation.

Are these 2 joints "connected." Both of them seem to be jerking me around with bonuses for no known reason. They were the first 2 "Playtec" casinos I have played (my bad obviously).
First Carnival: I deposit $100 and wagered $1000 (JOB) as per their rules and waited, and waited, and waited for my bonus. Never got it. Seems they changed their rules a day after I wagered. First they told me (by email AND phone) they would give me the bonus, then after 3 days they told me they won't give me the bonus based on the old rules. I lost a few bucks during the initial wagering and they said they would return the small loss. Been a few days ... still nothing. "Waitng for the finance department" for credit of the lousy $9.75 loss. The reneged on their own posted bonus deal.
Then Club Dice: A week later, wagered their new player promotion, did the 6X deposit as per their rules (JOB), and no bonus. Emailed them and now they tell me have to "let the finance departme... | | Read Entire Entry |
