what type of bonus did you get? The general rules for bonus's doesn't say the winnings are oid

I have my own magic box story to add to this thread.
On feb 19 i won $2000 on keno (3 seperate wins) and i sent request for casin at 7:45pm after meeting my wagering requirements .I then won $1000 on ideo poker followed the next morning with another $1650 win on keno .They used the fact I played 4 line ideo poker as a reason to oid all my winnings.This was on a $50 deposit.I asked for $1450 cashout originally before adding another $2650 to my acct. They handled it ery badly and in my book they are dishonest.
I uninstalled the software and told as many of my contacts as possible not to play there ,I hope this gets resolved but I would advise you all to run as fast as you can from magicbox!!

Thanks for the info about magic box, I was going to try there for real money.
This is all a shame because I think Playtech has the best software - flashy games, fast multi hand ideo poker, and some cool slots. But it is to the point where I would rather trust an RTG casino now over a Playtech. If Playtech itself did business as intelligently as microgaming, I think with their software they would be the leader by far.

"Harvey" emailed the player and allowed him to continue playing, "Harvey" was acting as an agent for the casino making the emails binding. How did they come up with the 10,000 figure?
I think I'll just uninstall all the Playtech casinos on my computer, the entire group seems to be doing alot of underhanded things. I was reading at gambling911 that another Playtech casino manager, Twin Aces, was giving a forum owner private information about the players. Playtech did not respond to questions about that and they won't about this either.

From last week's InfoPowa bulletins. This outfit finally settled with the player for an undisclosed amount (less than that owed) but the way in which this manager from Casino King tried to chisel their obligation down (you can read the whole thread over at the other site) is indicative of how they operate:

A Swedish newbie player has been through a baptism of fire over the past few weeks thanks to the actions of manager, and possible owner Max Fisher of Playtech-powered Casino King.com. We're presuming this is his real name, although these days when it comes to some casino folks you can never know with certainty.
The player made a few small mistakes on wagering as a newbie, but "Harvey", presumably also a person in some authority at the casino was reasonable about it and the player stayed on to give them more action. Long story short, he did well and ended up with a large amount of winnings - over $30 000.

These are rogue casinos in my list.
If you win, they use "bonus" excuses to not pay you.
They gave tones of tiny bonuses with huge WR attached to it, there is no way a casual player would be able to win. They will refuse to get rid of those tiny flies when you request them to do so.
Even if you do win without any bonus whatsoever, they pay ery slowly.
Why should any player bother with them?
