They are run by the Golden Palace group. The Golden Palace group has poor customer service IMO. If you need to send documents for a cash-out they won't email and tell you that you need to send them. Weeks later, when you find out that your withdrawal has not been processed, you will have to call the casino and they will then tell you to send the documents.
However, once you've sent your documents, you will get paid (unless you're a scammer).
But the customer service is 3rd rate IMO. Aspinalls, I hope you're reading this. It's time for you to kick some asses at the GP group. They aren't doing what you're paying them to do.

If my memory serve, my first cashin there was not so smooth. I took a screen shot while banking online and sent it to them. No good. Eventually I had to use my digital camera to took a photo then sent it. This time although the picture was not so clear, they accept it.
I guess they only accept documents scanned or taken by camera. Those documents also have to be within three months.
Fortunately, after that my next 2 payment only took 3-7 days. That's why I am gonna give them another go.

Played there 20 days ago. Cashed in 200$ (of them 100$ my deposit). Already sent to them my ID and three different utility bills (one by one). Hope to receive my money sooner or later. May be you will not have the same problem since you have played there before and ,i suppose, already have sent the megabytes of scanned documents to them.

I had been paid by them 3 times. I've heard some complaints here in WOL so I stopped playing there.
Today I got a ery attractive offer from them. Are they okay these days?
