Lol. A good one jyde! . I think however that news on connectocasino website should have said connectocasino parent company purchases hampton casino, if they are really being run independently.

It is ridiculous to say something like "Hamptoncasino.com/connectocasino.com won't pay" Who won't pay? Hampton or Connectocasino? They are not one in the same thing. The parent company may be the same but they have different staff, different managers, different servers, different everything. Please don't confuse yourself and everybody else.

ConnectTo work under the guise of a fair casino but in reality they are only interested in maximising their profits and taking advantage of players. Stupidly complicated bonus terms and enough of them to make your head spin and screw the newbies. To give them credit, they are clever at the way they try to limit your cashout. They will often lock your account for no reason and give you a runaround with payments. As for having to email them for withdrawals, apparently this is so their CS can provide better support.....LOL, their support is terrible and i think deliberately so.

As an RTG, they may pay which makes them better that a lot of other RTGs out there...........but as an online casino they are poor in comparison with other software brands. Just look at all the complaints on the message boards.......it can't be a coincidence that players screw up here more than say 32Red. I'd got my own back by making a tiding profit from them, u hear that ConnectTo?

Most casinos have the right to refuse entry to whomever they please. I have no problem with ConnectTo, they paid me all my winnings and that's fine with me

I can not log-in at Connect. The error message says "you are not allowed to log-in - contact support".

Many e-mails sent to support asking why.

About 1/2 the time I got an automated response saying to include my log-in ID for a quick response. This is always already included in the original email. .

Never did get a response and have quit asking.

They did indeed pay all deposits and winnings.
I do not keep ery good records but believe I have won a small amount at Connect.

Why did they ask you not to play there anymore? How much did you win?
