I don't like quote from other forums, but i read that many players use they 4 n/d bonuses. They offer currently: $10 n/d, $25 n/d, $25 n/d and $50 n/d (total: $110 n/d) bonuses (i saw this for example: casino crush forum). And these players CAN use all their 4 n/d bonuses, not just one. I don't have account this casino. And i'm not sure, if i ever open. Sound too good, to get $110 n/d... but never know. If anyone get paid... please let me know.
No other comments about this casino, but you find some info from Casinomeisters forum.
