I don't know the nature of the fraud in which Dean says people have engaged. In fact I'm not sure how it could be done as Phoenician has several forms of ID for me as well as my confirmed Neteller information and my credit card information. (All are obviously me) But hey, Im just a guy who likes to do a ilittle online gambling, not a professional scammer.
I do know that I will not be playing at Phoenician unless I can make my deposit ia Neteller. If I'm depositing by another method I'll play elsewhere. Even if I have to wait a few days to get my money back at least Im able to withdraw to my Neteller account. Under the current system at Phoenician its not just that you cannot INSTANTLY withdraw to Neteller, but without your last deposit being made ia Neteller you cannot withdraw to Neteller AT ALL. Dean Says that they are reviewing this policy. I hope they can come up with something because what they are doing now doesn't work for me. Oh well.

I did this a few months ago.
I deposited neteller, and did the withdraw....everything was fine..went to neteller.
I then deposited prepaid atm and tried to withdraw and it wouldnt go through, I got a message saying I had to deposit with neteller to get the withdrawel back.
I had already send id in and Dean said once this is done, you can always withdraw instantly ia neteller.
I tried it again and still was unable to withdraw ia neteller. I emailed customer service, and they said again I had to deposit ia neteller. I said I had in the past several times...
It was so frustrating, I stopped depositing for awhile......

Despite your words, hasn't it already affected one (presumably) innocent member? If BaDaBoom wasn't one of those who were allegedly committing the fraud which created this change in policy, then your policy IS indeed affecting innocent members, and ostensibly all who had used Neteller as BaDaBoom has in the past.

which said in part "once you have completed faxback requirements you can deposit any method and withdraw through neteller anytime thereafter." in actuallity this is NOT true. Unless your LAST deposit was made ia Neteller (regardless of how many Neteller deposits you have made in the past) you cannot withdraw to your Neteller account.
Just wanted to clear that up as it has been an issue for me twice now.
