Well, the $330 is finally in my Neteller account.
I'd like to thank everyone for their support.
We all make mistakes here and there. They process my cashin in a timely manner a few times. I thought they were okay. Maybe this unfortunatE event is just a lack of communication or misunderstanding.
At least it's a happy ending.

I finally got their reply after referring them to this thread.
I really don't like the "tough guy" approach, but I have to do whatever I must to get my money.
Basically, they mentioned that they need full documents when the winning is 200 or more. I've already provided their documents so their excuse doesn't stand. Maybe, they somehow lost it.
They also mention that they will urge the banking department to flush the cashin during the weekend.
I send my document again. Let's hope for the best.

I havn't been paid.
They gave me excuse after excuse. Their live chat can't find any reason why their banking department can't issue payment. The only thing they can do is to urge me to email their banking department.
No sir, they don't have a phone number.
I think they block any email from hotmail completely because I never got any answer from them when I email them ia my hotmail email address. I tried to use the email address at work and finally got my first email from them, yay!
Here is the emails I got from them:

I have been paid 3 times before this mess happen. Their CS never reply to emails and their live chat is totally clueless.

zrapture was bang on the money. It's not a matter of if you will have problems with this group but when. They are a part of Windows now.

So instead of these , you ought to have more of these , as in "it figures" or "I should have known", as well as a smidgen of these (embarrassment).

I've made quite a few deposits with this casino group. In fact I trust IGM casinos more than RTG because they always paid up in 24 hours or so. Now this issue has dragged on more than 3 weeks!

By the look of their sites and policies it looks like they are part of the Windows casino group. So don't be to suprised if they start displaying rogue behaviors. Forget what they were like before, they know seem to be associated with known thieves and use a software provider whom allows it's casinos to steal from players with no reprecussions.
You have been warned. If you deposit after reading that and get ripped off it's your own fault.

Hope it gets sorted for you quickly, Goldkey have been one of my favourite casinos for almost 4 years. I didn't think they would be still when they changed to RTG, but I've been surprised how much I like the multi line VP.
Yes the downers of going RTG are that you don't get 24 hour cashins, or $1 min BJ any more, but for me those aren't that important as long as I can play 52 line VP and get reasonable customer support.

I played Saturday, and the money is in my Neteller account this morning, hope yours will be in your account soon.

I hope they pay you. Let me us know if they do. I play this casino weekly. They have some great bonus offers. And according to there online chat you can use them all. as long as it is not the same code.

So far they have been paying me within 5 business days.

Actually, they havn't paid me so far but I'l give them a chance to redeem themselves.
I claimed a 50% bonus up to $100, followed their rule and played more than the wager requirement.
Luckily, I cashed out $530.
A few days later, they cancelled my cashin requested and decided to return my deposit ($200) only. My winning and bonus was returned to my account for no reason.
When I asked ia live chat, I was told they can only process the winning by sending checks. I used to play there quite a few times and they never have this problem. Fine, so I requested a check instead. I sent them 2 emails to remind them the situation, no reply.
A few more days passed by, they denied my cashout request again for no reason.
I sent them an email again, no reply.
I requested my money again ia Neteller, today I found it was denied again.
