The Meister had an arrangement whereby Virtual's owner Tej Kohli agreed to get his people up to speed by using Bryan as the mediator in complaints. As far as I can recall Bryan actually set up a special facility for the convenience of players with legit complaints.
This was a couple months or more back, but I haven't kept up to date on the issue so I don't know what the current position is.
Bryan isits WOL regularly, so I'm sure he'll see this and update everyone.

[QUOTE=Tester]Several remarks:
1) If the manager offers to solve issues, why nobody give him a try? (I mean trying to post his problem here and to see if he solves not trying to make a new deposit....).
ACtually I did reply to the manager- I sent him a private email through WOL with all the data he asked for and some constructive suggestions. According to the system the email was never read or even opened. As you get a popup to say you have private mail when you log in I can only assume he never logged in again.
Either he was totally disinterested despite his emails or he realised what he had got himself in for and moved on from the irtual group.
Unfortunately I hear that the same problems continue for players so it seems like nothing much has changed.
Regaining trust after years of continous problems is almost impossible. Virtuals rep was so bad that most experienced players would never go back but casinos can be redeemed.

3) (to GG) Maybe you should put all your thread links collection here?

As for 3), the above is it. Scan the net though and you can find umpteen more complaints.
And for 4) I see you've already asked Max about it. I can't add anything further. Generally speaking though, a search will reveal the thread mentioned. I know that's a chore for some but it often works.

What I propose is that you deposit say .... $1000 in an account for me. I will then play it with a 20x playthrough. If I win I get to keep the winnings - if I lose you can email me (at least a dozen times) for repayment of my "loan".
I will of course ignore the emails until you start posting on a respected forum about me refusing to pay you. I will of course deny that I have done anything wrong and will spend a few more weeks dreaming up a reason not to pay you. I may settle on the old "casino abuse" excuse , I may also decide to claim that there was a software malfunction that caused me to lose. Of course I may just totally ignore your requests and advertise for another casino to try my get rich scheme. Either way , I will not pay you , especially if it involves such a large amount as $1000... | | Read Entire Entry |

Virtual, you have to understand that Virtual Casino is well known as a non-paying casino. You're reputation is ****e. You should have addressed this long ago. I believe it's a little late for your casino to regain any kind of credibility.
Sorry bro, but that's the way it works. If you don't pay, you get thrashed, so you should avoid the "give us try" posts, and work ery hard to pay your players.

This "new manager" can't even get my email off of their spam list. You think they'll pay you if you win if they won't even honor requests to be removed from their spam lists?

Thanks,
This is one of the funniest things I have ever seen written on this board. The manager of the biggest rip off casino in the past several years coming on here and asking people to give them a try.... Must have run out of players to rip off and need a new batch.
Anyone who would consider playing here is nuts.

Denzeil,
I'd like to try your offer but it would be disrespectful to my fellow players to give you business when it seems your group has wronged a lot of people, at least from the comments on these boards. If you've really turned over a new leaf, then why don't you make amends with all these other players, and then I would be happy to give you my business.

I wouldn't be so sure. They have a terrible history and have ripped off many players including myself over two years ago at their "All Aboard" casino. I finally got my deposit back minus some kind of $50 fee but they stole $500 in winnings. I have a complete history of emails, phone conversations and names that I can post if needed.
My guess is that if you lose fine but if you manage to win watch out.
With a L-O-N-G history of problems, I wouldn't trust them with 2 cents of my money.

I've had a tremendously difficult time getting myself off of your mailing lists. The last so called manager I spoke with REFUSED to remove me on numerous occasions. Prior to that customer support and or the manager would just FLAT OUT LIE and say they removed me when they didn't. I took to calling your 800 number everytime you sent me spam, sometimes as much as 20 times for each peice of spam mail. Since 800 calls are NOT free for you, this ended up costing your casino $ for each peice of junk you sent me that I did not want.
I continue to get spam from you people.

Tej Kohli, the Virtual owner told the Casinomeister recently that although his outfit assisted and even hosted Cirrus when it started out, this arrangement only lasted for a few months and they then went out on their own.
I'm not saying I believe that - I'm saying that's what Kohli claimed, and readers here will remember there were some long and acrimonious affiliate and webmaster exchanges here last year about who Cirrus belonged to.
I think Prism has been shown to belong to the Virtual group.
Virtual has dozens of clones...someone must have a list of them.

Perhaps this belongs in the right answer- but I couldn't think of a more apt place than "worst casinos" to talk about irtual.
Don't pay
Don't respond
Lock accounts
Rude staff
Fortunately I have not lost any money with them but many have and many will at the clones not knowing its irtual.
For the benefit of all to see and avoid, can anyone out there provide a full list of irtualcasino clones. I will endeavour to post the list with warnings at multiple forums.
