Come to think of it, John must be at the convention in Toronto, followed by the affiliate spring break in Miami. He should be back a week from today.

Since the emails and chat transcripts are yours you are welcome to post them if they are relevant to the discussion topic. You should edit them first though to remove any personal and private information (account numbers, personal banking info, etc).

Right. I never played online before.
At the beginning I was told there is some technical problem. Then "duplicate accounts". "fraud investigation". Then "We don't want to do business with you although you didn't break any rules." I contacted them 20 times and each time was given different answers. Christine even told me "we are really busy, don't call us again"
I only played blackjack. I didn't know how to check the wager then so I sent an email to request. Christine emailed me back that I had wagered like $17000, which, for $100 deposit with170% cashable bonus, was much more than enough.

Spinslot, are you saying that Cirrus was the first online casino you played at?
Did they tell you why they blocked your account? What game(s) did you play? Did you read and follow the wagering requirement?
I don't see why a first time player would be locked out. If that is so there must be a misunderstanding.

I was told numerious times by Brian or Christine that my initial deposit of $100 will be returned but after 2 months of waiting it still hasn't show up in my account.
I can understand there might be some technical issues. But come on, 2 months and 7 days, there is enough time to figure things out. How come you cannot process $100 return while others(RTG too) can do it in 5 minutes?
Enough said. Take care, guys.
