One of the operators and I had a chance meeting at the GIGSE in Montreal. He congratulated me on "roguing" Black Widow and stated that I was bringing increased traffic because of the publicity I had given him. He also mentioned I could profit from this traffic.
Changing the subject, I asked him about the statement that appears on Black Widow's website "Fastest Online Casino Payouts", he laughed and said this was only ad copy. First time players are paid right away, but if they come back and use a bonus, the payment is delayed. If they come back again, it's delayed even further, etc., ad nauseum. Black Widow and Grand Banks have a policy of delaying the processing of transactions for players who have collected a bonus.
Since you mention a promotion, that's probably the case here--they aren't any closer to going under than they ever have been, because they only pay the players they feel like paying.

I know I am going to get ripped apart on this board for going to Grand Banks, but I never had a problem in the past. Now I'm worried that they're having problems paying out. It's over 2 1/2 months since I made a cash in. this is what they said on one occasion:
Thank you for your email. I do apologize for the delay in processing your withdrawal. Currently, our finance department is backlogged due to the success of our last promotion. Therefore, as a result all withdrawals are delayed. Your withdrawal is currently waiting in queue to be processed and will be shortly. Once it's been processed you will receive a confirmation email. We thank you for your continued patience
On another inquiry, this is what they had to say:
