Thanks digikkAt 2000 payout it was nice- wish I had been playing the $1 but $500 is fine by me!
Nowadays I have learnt to cashout the smaller stuff as well-I finally worked out its easier to cashin 5 $100 hits than keep playing for the single $500. By the way I still didn't get that email!

SO that people don't think Nostalgia is locking out players that win, I have been given the reason- and it was just coincidence.

A postscript,
I went to log in today aand play and got the message "you are not allowed to login- please contact customer support". This is an account I have had for several years- the cashout processsed was the first large cashout.
Coincidence?

I have also quit playing at Nostalgia.
Never had a problem but I play ideo poker and their paytables are bad.
Most of my deposits at Nostalgia were without a bonus.
Decent paytables and confidence of being paid.

Although Nostalgia had a few problems just before Phoenician took over, I liked the original Nostalgia better. I never has any serious withdrawal problems and they had some of the best Video Poker on the net.
Since the Phoenician takeover, they have reduced the Video Poker and I have cashed out my entire balance. I like the fast pay of Phoenician but I won't play their VP because others are better.

I agree with bethug - they are just changing ownership and I am sure that entails all kinds of integration. They should be up to speed soon.

Perhaps its because its my first cashout there and I haven't played for a while. Seems strange though given they have ID and I am not a bonus player, Live chat is telling me its referred to management and some delays due to "recent changes" there- always a phrase that rings bells with an RTG. Hopefully they will reply when management comes in on Monday. I will keep the board posted

WHat are peoples experience with payout times for Nostalgia Casino- I had a win on Wednesday (4 acess and a 3 at double bonus deluxe) faxed ID on same night but still waiting- The website says 48hrs - should I be concerned?
