Lack of email support- yes, common to all BM casinos
Rigged- still a controversy but IMO BM is pretty fair

Hi all
if anyone is still interested with the fiasco with Ace King Club.
NOTHING NEW!

C.M from bet2gamble did not returned to me after I sent him the details, and I am starting to think of giving up.
is there something else you guys might think of?
I KNOW I should get my winnings, but maybe the cheat Ace King Club doesnt.

It is ery simple, from a database standpoint, to lock all users from x country. Aceking did not take this step and invited Johnny to participate. I say Aceking is on the hook here. These casinos claim they don't want or need outside regulation and yet they continue to abuse players in ervery conceivable way.

I find this story disturbing. AceKing Club has been one of my favorite Boss sites, and I won a little on that same promotion.

Without giving the player a pass on this for not reading the terms, I think the greater fault lies with casino management. Casinos have the right to exclude players for whatever reason they choose, but they also have responsibility to notify excluded players, lock the account to prevent deposits and to refund any balances if not iolations have been found on the part of the player. They should then be removed from any marketing email lists. I realize that marketing and security may be handled by different people, but it a management responsibility to oversee both departments. If the player was properly registered with an address from a now banned country, it was the casino who dropped the ball. If they had acted responsibly, none of this would have happened.

"I think one of two things should happen now, or they will give me (and all who played and won) their winnings, or return to my friend (and all Isrealies players that lost) thier deposit."

i agree with you, if they ask u to play and u win they should pay, cause if you lose they want give your money back.

Kish,

Good to see you here again. I agree with you. Johnny looks like he got the britches put on him.

It is long known that when terms are contradictory the ambiguity is resolved against the drafter. How could it be any other way?

It is also long accepted that specific terms override general terms.

In this case, player was given a special offer just for those receiving the emails. Having made the offer, they are not free to withdraw it after the fact.

This is rogue behavior.

Johnny,

This looks like it is a Boss Media Shop.

I did a quick look and I don't know who is the best Mediater is for your dispute. Posting here was a good start. I do see that AceKing is listed at Bet2Gamble with a rating of 83% so I would start there. Maybe CM as some pull. You can ask.

Gamblegirls comments to you is good advice. Casinos are arbitrary so anticipating unfair behavior is unfortunatly often the reality. However, stay wit...

I understand why casinos dislike having players from some 3rd world country in their casino (countries in which a juristiction for example is not existing) but how come Players from Israel and Denmark are usually excluded? Do players from these countrys really "abuse" bonuses more often than say french or german players as stated by the casinos as the reason for excluding them ? To me thatīs quite hard to imagine....

Oh I'm not absolving Ace King of blame, far from it. Just I've learned to expect stupidity from online casinos and am quite wary as a result. I urge other players to check the terms, e-mail/phone, take screenshots, etc, all the time.

Of course if we were dealing in an industry where common-sense and standard ethical considerations were the norm rather than the exception none of this would be quite so necessary.

Gamblinggirl although you are right about the terms.
The guy did receive an email inviting him personally to play.
If they did not want Israeli pleyers, why did they invite him in the first place?

Maybe its AceKingClub way to get some free money from Israelis.
All the suckers who received the invitaion and went to play will lose or win and get only the deposit back.

Maybe AceKingClub lost so much to Israelis in the past they wanted some revenge

Any way what AceKingClub done here is pure theft, It is there right to lock Israelis and pay them back their deposit, but that should include ALL who played this promotion, including the ones who lost.

All of this remind me of the Angelciti Fiasco (now shark casino).
But from my understanding they did pay everyone who lost, at least that is what I remember.

Hi all
last week I got a nice promo from Aceking, it was :
"Dear XXXXX (personal invitation)
20% bonus ONLY FOR EXISTING MEMBERS this weekend
To celebrate the launch of the new software, we are offering existing
members a 20% bonus this weekend. Deposit between $30 and $500 during the
offer period and you will automatically receive your bonus up to $100"
the condition was 15 times (not so great....).
I played it and wona bit.
day later I got only my deposit to my neteller account and my account was locked.
email them told me that because of I am form Israel I am not allowed to play in the casino, and there for they did me a favor and gave me my deposit back (Oh,thanks).
I told them that they invited me, and my account was unlocked. so I want my winning too.
they told me NO.
I asked them what would have happen if I lost my money (like a friend of mine who got nothing...), whould they return me the deposit as well.
no reply......
