Further added to the astly non friendly probability.... The larger bonuses are not only phantom and usually limited to 2x bonus but the WR is 30x (P+B) on slots, or keno before any of the limited winnings are cashable.

I know a number of online casinos that use the so-called "sticky phantom bonus" - and while I stay away from them, if the conditions are listed on the T&Cs, then it's the player's responsibility. The same applies to the limits on winnings - horrible conditions, but nothing to adversely affect a casino's integrity as long as they're duly noted.
The Prepaid ATM requirement befuddles me. Hopefully someone more in the know can clarify why that was necessary.

I have a problem with destination poker: being unable to erify my ID.
I e-mailed them my ID and signed fax back form. They replied me that I need to also e-mail them the address erification several days later. That's fine thought the page about fax back form NEVER mentions about that. But anyway, easy task. I e-mail it to them immediately.
No reply for 2/3 days. After several e-mails they replied me that they did NOT reconize that my signature is my name on the ID
I e-mailed them politely stating that signature is signature. How could they know that it's not the one I am using. No reply for 1/2 days. I e-mail them. no reply. e-mail them again. and now it's one week. Still no reply.
I think it's just worthless to give them a chance. Personally I get the $15 free no deposit bonus and after the WR of $500, luckily I made the balance to $45 which is the maximum cashin allowed.

The (So Called) Processing time- 1-7 business days also seems to start AFTER they actually acknowledge the request, which can be several days after requested.
These things, along with the growing propensity for banning players if they win, and strange demands like opening prepaid ATM accounts if want to be paid in a month, help create an atmosphere of uneasiness with many.

I think that Bethug also pointed out that Connect2/Destination wouldn't tell him the truth about *his own legitimate account* as a player.
Not only that, but let me emphasize that he was doing them a favor. He could have just done a reversal of the charge, and been entirely within his rights to do so.
Within its short history as an online casino, we've seen Connect 2's attitude towards players deteriorate, from welcoming to threats of hunting them down. Management has complained about players cheating the casino, and how the casino has to protect itself.
If the casino is going to be so incompetent in transacting charges that it practically begs players to make chargebacks, well...my sympathy is limited.

Pokermike and ohdreampop have reported being paid.
Bethug's main issue appears to be that Destination Poker and C2C misrepresented themselves as being unrelated, although it appears that they are. Barring that "misrepresentation", he does not dispute the charge per se.
Marco's issue remains unresolved.
Did I miss anything?
