Thanks, DeMan. I don't post much, but when I do I get carried away.
I'm not sure, but I think they're PlayTech. Actually, the only software I've trusted all along is RTG, but that BetCasino is changing my thinking.

I've mentioned this around here before and since this thread relates to Sportsbooks/Casinos - here's my two cents again:
I suggest you give BetCasino a shot. They are tied together with BetWWTS sportsbook. For those who don't know much about Sportsbooks, BETWWTS is a most reputable outfit and that comes from my own experience with them also. Their BetCasino looks and runs great, plenty of games and they comp you from time to time based on how much you play there. I mostly play BJ, Craps, and a little Roulette and Red Dog there. EVERYTHING I've played appears to be on the level and even though I'm no big bettor, as far as casino betting that is. I sho do have PLENTY of experience with online gaming and I'm pretty confident about my ability to sniff out an online RAT when I smell one.
Since I do more sports "investing" than casino "BETTING", I'm really glad BETWWTS incorporated BetCasino. Sportbetting is work, casinos are fun. I really like the fact that any/all o... | | Read Entire Entry |

Hi digikk,
Well- still no response other than the automated response and I can't give the guy an account name etc because the link failure on the sign up is the problem.
Heck this is an RTG- most RTG's who have been at this board know my love for the software and you would think would be pleased to see me!
STill it doesn't auger well for CS when they have problems responding to a joinup request?
Perhaps you can ask your contact for an email address which is read and responded to?
regards
colly
(ps I STILL haven't received your email!)

colly,
i re-downloaded them last eve and had no problem, so all i can think is perhaps they had to get with tech support? i also contacted them ia phone again about 3 am MST last evening and they were answering and helpful...so you may want to phone instead. hopefully they get you onboard soon and assist through the email process as well as phone. they may be another option for you with rtg ... let us know if they assist you and good luck in your gambles

To date I am a little unimpressed with customer service. Twice the link failed at the final step when I tried to join up. I wrote to support asking for instructions or a solution and have still received nothing more than the automated response 24hrs later.

second thumbs up for Bodog!
eek-when i contacted them they said no id for registered neteller account. i played there a couple weeks ago while waiting for e-slow mail to get my old user id at another rtg (no phone contacts). they took too long and bodog got my monies - they have phone support which is a bonus, someone that sounds quite normal answers even at 3am on weekends. the software is rtg so i would think this sportsbook would be the latest rave since all the rtg concerns. i never tested the cashout like your suppose to as i forgot to cash out ...but did well on quarters, dollars -single hand p and unfortunately stepped it up to the $5 ....cos i dunno 20,000.00 for a royal seemed like a cool idea. they play fair for p like most all rtgs- so best of luck if you try them out
congrats bethug....i woulda cashed out 5,000 too - good move

Yes, there's something to be said for experienced places that are well-financed, in this case a large, respected sportsbook with a new internet casino. The "nonsense ratio" is non-existent, unlike some other two-bit operations.
