I have to disagree with you Gamblegirl - Caruso is far from the rudest on the internet or messageboards, and can be quite nice actually.
As to the casinos in question here, I have several long term, regular players (every month for over a year) at CTropez that are obviously ery happy with them, and cash out quite regularly with no problems. I have new players every month, and players who cash out every month with no probs that I've ever heard of.

I completely second that. That's why I have created my guide with the options for users to rate online casinos I promote and to leave comments about them, and there is even the option to submit the online casinos you like to play. Unfortunately, no one seems to want to take some time to participate in this. I have asked multiple times here and at other forums for comments from players about the online casinos I list, even without giving my URL (just an hotmail email address) to show that it's not to promote more my website, and the result I have got has been pretty low. The only one that use the "submit an online casino" option are the aff managers of the submitted casinos...

MaxFalcon, I feel your assumptions surrounding this issue are somewhat jaded. 1) Kavaman is a real player, this I beleive through his many posts regarding real, important player isssues.
2) Casino Del Rio, Tropez and Vegas Red have been doing some ery unsavoury things to players for a long time now. I personnally have been privy to a ridicules experience at Del Rio where support told me I could get a bonus and then reneged on the offer after I had wagered a bunch of my own money in order to partake in such bonus. As well the support was rude about the whole matter. I also have had other "REAL" players come to me with similar complaints, players whom often dont engage in too many casino bonuses.
3) If a casino does not wish to have players take them up on bonus offers then they should not offer them. Making a claim that they will not honor winnings after a player and casino have choosen to accept eachothers patronage is just plain decietful, and beleive it or not Vegas Red... | | Read Entire Entry |

Could you elaborate on this? Are you saying the players are at fault in any way, or that the casino's actions can be condoned?
No, there are fault from BOTH sides. For players, the ones who think that "gambling" is only chasing bonuses on the net and have the only focus to collect these bonuses. You are allowed to do that if you want, because everybody is free to do what he wants, and I will certainly not judge... But you must know that online casinos are not a christmas tree! Gambling, both in real and online world, is just a form of VERY EXPENSIVE entertainment, and with a bit (or a lot) of luck can make you rich or finishing your month a bit better.
This is so easy to write what you think and to direct the information on what you want in an o... | | Read Entire Entry |

If you look closely at this thread you will see that I have posted a lot in it due to the fact that I have been attacked from all sides for expressing my point of iew. I will not help these players.
If someone comes to me and ask kindly, with DETAILS of what problems he/she encounters at Del Rio or Tropez, with fair-play, I could probably do something. I can be reach at webmaster@gambling-pro.com. I only treat with legitimate players, the ones that have understood the real purpose of "gambling", and accepted it.

As for Golden Palace, since I have started promoting it this month, I was interested in what was said at WinnerOnline, that was I asked for some feedback here, because the conclusion of "basic" was a bit easy to throw.

Now, listen. I have sent hundreds, if not a thousand or more players (I surestimate a little... ) at the arious casinos I promote, and not at least one complaint. NOT ONE complaint since more than one year. Each day, I have at least 50-100 of RETURNING isitors to my website because they are happy of the service I give. That's a fine double standard.

that's a fine list of rogues, my friend. Of the Playtechs...
Black Widow
Casino del Rio
Casino Solei
Casino Tropez
Grand Banks
Kiwi
Royal Dice
...have had recent complaints posted.
And of the RTGs you list, I can see a grand total of THREE playable outfits, out of SIXTY. CashMyBet is dead, and the Goldencomps group have changed their names in an effort to ditch their rogue reputation.
I see you're a Windows affiliate, along with Prism. That's a rare breed these days. Are you available for dispute mediation? You might have your work cut out.

At this point and time playing either of those softwares is dicey, if that is what you are after, that is, finding new places to play. For Playtech, the Sunny group is good, they are, Mapau, Goldgate, Casino Fortune and Miami Beach, as well New York and USA Casino are the only other Playtechs that I would touch right now (the Golden Palace Group is also playable including Grandonline, Aspinalls, Flamingo Club, Gold Nugget and Golden Palace, you will have to provide a lot of ID to cashin though). As far as RTG, Inetbet, Grand Aces, Geisha Lounge, the Nostalgia group are all ery good.
