Has anyone else had problems getting through by email? I decided to play again since John was quick to get back to me and I got paid without a problem the last time.
After losing a few times I won again. I have emailed a few times asking for a withdrawal and no one has replied to me. It has been a week. Maybe they have been really busy but I would like to know what is going on.

What was the rationale for requiring that you open a Prepaid ATM account? Why couldn't they simply send an EFT or an express check...?

John sent me an email saying that he "may not be able to" pay me by my 30 day deadline unless I open an account with Prepaid ATM. After waiting this long, I should not have to settle for a payment method that I don't want to use, and I don't want to use that one for a number of reasons. I knew there would be more bull. I'm hoping to get a solid date from him on WHEN I can expect payment to Neteller (which is the method I deposited). So far, no response to my last reply sent June 3rd. Payment is due tomorrow.

Finally I got paid my winnings today.
I am ery happy now.
Next I would like to get my comp points.
The comp points I had (=$200) are also large money for me.
I asked them about it earlier and...no responce yet.
But I hope I will get them too because I have not iolated any of their rules.

Ok - I took your advice and checked the other links. Two articles reference the same incident - with Bernier - and another links to a Q&A with Mr. Nersesian, a lawyer who represents such "advantage gamblers" as Bernier. The last article references a "professional gambler" (read card counter) meeting.
Nersesian alludes to numerous "backroom" incidents, but only two casinos have been mentioned in the articles: (1) Summerlin, which is a far cry from the Strip hotels which are usually publicly-owned and seeking to avoid such adverse publicity, and (2) Caesar's, which occured four years ago and where physical force was NOT used.

Many B&M casinos around the world will ask players to leave for nothing more than playing well, such as card counters and other advantage players. Occassionally this also leads to harassment and once in a while physical abuse. It's usually not the case that such players have to wait 30 days for their rightful winnings though. Lawsuits often result when that type of nonsense occurs. Thanks to you gamblegirl,
I come to understand what happened to me.
My way of betting and the quick withdrawal request was regarded as bonus abuser....
I am ery happy that I will be able to get the winnings even in this situation.
However, I am still wondering why I am a bonus abuser.
Because
1,I played exactly the same way as before .And of course I sometimes lost ,sometimes got winnings because the wagering requirement of X30 is a lot.
2, I have wagered not just X30 but about X33.
3, It is true that I mostly played BJ recently,however,I bet $5,$10.$20 ..even max bet $250.
Then the only reason I think was my quick withdrawal request which I did 2days after the deposit.
Why I did that was....
Before I deposited .I had been waiting for a withdrawal for 9 business days.
(Their rule is 2 to 7 business days)
I was so happy to play games and so happy when I met the requirement.
