I saw this posted about at another forum. Do you know the actual land based casino? If they are going to reopen, I bet they don't have support staff. The player may do better going the the General Manager at the land based casino. At least, there should be a phone number.

These people own land casinos in (I think) Costa Rica, and were previously powered by RTG. My understanding is that they are revamping their sites for a re-launch in the near future, and that they have dropped RTG in favour of a new provider. The skinny is that this will be Playtech...
Sky International land casino owned group (RTG software - changing)
Sky Kings
Sky Palms
Sky Breezes
I can't recall any recent problems with them from a player perspective.

few months ago they went down, and they said that they wil change to new software soon.
since then I did not hear from them.
they owe me some money!!
and I am a bit afraid.
at start I didn't because they are a land based casino, but now a long time passed and I dont know what to do.
they told me just after they went down not to worry and I will get the money when they relunch, now no respond.
what should I do??
please help.
