Funnily enough I had the same problem with CS regarding the brought forward WR - the guy on the phone forgot to include the current months WR in the figure he gave me. It doesn't sound like anything melicious but it does sound like thier system does not show this figure as a matter of course - hence the time taken to calculate.
While we have the attention of Kate I would like to just check something.
If you have a WR that is brought forward from previous months and deposit again but lose all of the deposit & bonus , is the total WR zeroed or is there still an outstanding balance ?
I am currently in the above situation which related to the obscene 70X bonus - I withdrew my deposit when I thought that the chances of winning with a 70X WR were impossible. Naughtly I know , but I feel that the 30X WR is fair whereas 70X ............................

Okay... not only did she post an obvious form letter with ery little reference to his actual case, but she added zrapture's name in there?! I would be SERIOUSLY pissed off if I were him. Kate owes him a public apology AND appropriate compensation.

I would normally ask for a $500 bonus just for the OUTRAGEOUS privacy iolation Kate made by using my name in public forum. However, I'm not sure I would ever be able to cash any out even after wagering it 1000x. So maybe you can just send an extra $100 along the $500 you owe me.
PS to Kate. Don't even let the discusion start here about whether your webstie terms indicate WR carry over from bonus to bonus.
double PS to Kate.. When repsonding to the privacy issue please don't defend yourself by saying that I brought the issue publuc or that I used your name. That would just make you look incredibly stupid.

After getting over the initial shock of Kate using me name (obviously they have no clue at VIP about players privacy) I regrouped and had a chance to read her response.
Kate, I was given the wrong information more then once apparently. After gambling for years online I'm well aware of the scumbag tactics casinos use to try to screw players over. Therefore I even made support figure the remaining wager requirement while I was on the phone and discuss amongst other support it was the correct number. They all AGREED! Normally I wouldn't even go that far but since they had told me the wrong amount once already I wanted to make damn sure it was correct and agreed upon and made support guarantee it was the correct amount. Knowing if they screwed me again that the casino would just LIE about the promises I made them email be the conformation on what I had to wager!! HA.

Great. Here is some more feedback. When a player has the wagering requirement calculated twice and plays it both times, that is enough. Take some responsibility.
Or reward him for providing that feedback you so alue.
Or compensate him for having to waste time and not getting correct answers and not being allowed to talk to a supervisor.
Either way.... you should give the man his money and forget the petty wagering requirement.

Amongst it all is the fact the support staff gave >>SNIP<< the correct information but failed to tell him the correct amount to playthrough as the lady has now calculated the correct playthrough and >>SNIP<< can email to find out.
I do hope >>SNIP<< is Zrapture otherwise who knows what else is going on with the managers post heheh.

Thanks Gamblegirl and MAX.
I emailed Kate yesterday and still got no response. Normally I wouldn't have even posted about the problem so quickly but their dismissive "we don't give a fvck" attitude along with their "nobody in charge will take your call" statements made me bring it public.
I understand casinos that make mistakes, but their lies and BS statements make me ery unsympathetic. I've wagered over $8000 on a bonus with a requirement of $2400 and they won't even let my touch my winnings, let alone the bonus.
Of course they admitted they deal with the same issue everyday and they never budge. Would love a response from the manager but will give it until Monday at least, not going to let something like this have an effect on my weekend.

That's messed up! I thought VIP was part of the same group as Intercasino? If that's the case, I didn't even know they carried over wagering requirements. Either way, their incompetant support should compensate you for all this misinformation. It would only be right since you lost money due to what they told you and you have written proof. This kind of stuff pisses me off.

Yeah, after the first time the screwed up I specifically ask them to double check everything and make 100% sure how much I needed to wager. I even made them send me a confirmation email as proof. Because I wanted to make certain if I;m going to keep risking my nice win that I could cashout. Then I wager it through and lose $300 along the way only to be told "no" again. So I'm pretty pissed about that.
I told them to give me back the $300 I lost wagering since I was given the wrong info then. ( not expecting it obviously, just to make a point)
They then told me that they aren't forcing me to wager. It was my choice. I asked how I can get my win without wagering and they said it's not possible.
So they aren't forcing me to wager, but I just won't get paid if I don't. WHATEVER!

A couple more gems from the folks at VIP casino.
Regarding their bonus terms and the wording that they admit can be misleading
" The terms have been tried and tested in a court of law"... Kimberly.
Of course when I called her on that bull**** lie she backed off of the statement.
Here is VIP when I asked to speak with the manager
"there is no phone number to speak with the manager, you can call back for a supervisor but he probably won't take the call"
When I asked why, she said it was because they don't take calls if they feel support handled it even if the player is unhappy nad wants to speak to them.
Shes also told me that "they deal with this same problem everyday regarding the wager requirements not being understood, and they can understand themselves the problems because of the wording used in their terms"
To which I responded I'm sure you do, any player is going to be unhappy to be ripped off.

They simply will not release my $500 I have in my account no matter how much wagering I do. They have lied to me repeatedly about how much I needed to wager and simply won't pay.
I deposited $80 and got the matching bonus. Wagered about $3000 and couldn't cash out. So I called them and spoke with Matt. He told me I owed past wager requirements. Which I believed cause I kinda figured that. So we took a few minutes for him to calculate what I owed. He told me I needed to wager another ~1200 to be able to cash out. So I go and do some wagering and have some good fortune and continue to wager another $3500!! Still won't let me cashout. SO I give a call back and Matt apoligizes repeatedly for his previous mistake. Being the kind, sensitve, caring person that I am basically said "it's cool, just take your time and tell me what I need to cashout" He took a few minutes and figured it all out then came back to me with a detailed explanation of all the wagering.
